Typical XR Honda - starts right up even after months of being stored in the shed. Runs, idles, goes through the gears, just as it should. Modifications I've made to the bike: - Kawasaki KLX110 front forks...nothing too fancy about that. Just had the forks sitting around and thought it would be an interesting swap. - 1980 CR80 rear shocks...just like we used to do back in the day to our XR's. - "XR MiniRacer" Snake Pipe...makes a better sound than the stock pipe and looks trick. If you don't know who XR MiniRacer is, google his web site. The engine mounts are also a product from there. - CR125 side panels - I think they look better than the stock side panels - Uni Filter pod-style air filter...helps the engine breathe easier with the aftermarket pipe - I had the frame powdercoated and the tank repainted to give it more of a CR "racer" look - Engine was completely rebuilt and actually has very few miles on it. Like I was saying, my son outgrew it before he put many hours on it - The black paint you see on the engine is not just rattle-can heat paint. It's Gun Kote...which helps dissipate the heat from the engine. This is a great bike for a 7-10 year old beginner rider. That's why I built it, so my son could learn how to ride. He's just outgrown it. But if you know anything about these bikes, adults can ride them, too! Makes a great pit bike (we always had people coming up to check it out at the race track) or a bike for the wife/girlfriend to ride As far as delivery, I can probably deliver the bike within a 100 mile radius of Phoenix, Arizona. If we can come to an agreement on that. Otherwise, THE BUYER (that's you) will have to arrange for shipping/pick up. The description shows that I will ship out of the country and unfortunately, I do not know how to change that. I would rather not have to deal with shipping out of the country. But if you are buying from outside the Continental United States, be sure you have a company that will come to my house to pick up the bike and guarantee that the bike will be delivered to you unharmed. ALL FREIGHT COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Once the wheels touch the freight carriers vehicle, that's where my responsibility ends! I'll try to add more pictures, if anyone needs to see more. Payment is to be by PalPal ONLY - unless you arrive at my door with cash in hand. Any emails about "I'll send you a check and have my agent pick up the bike" will be ignored/deleted. Thanks for looking! Message me if you have any questions not answered in my description!

I Only run 91 octane with klotz super techniplate synthetic oil. Has acerbis plastics with factory effex graphics. Uni air filter. Carburetor rebuilt 10 hours ago. This is a listing for a 1968 Sachs 125 MX This bike is pretty much in original condition,it was found in a garage by a friend of ours in Las Angeles and was brought to ourattention, so we picked it up and brought it home to see if she ran.The bike runs real good and starts on like the first or second kick and idles nicely too, no joke really but the kicker is welded on in place but works just fine. sounds great and she goes down the road just fine, goes thru the gears like she should and clutch works well too.Ok so it is a barn find if you want to call it that, so there is surface rust onjust about all the chrome ie; handle bars and trees, fenders, wheels etc.the tank looks great inside and has a few dings.the tires will need to be replaced because they are dry rotted if you intend to ride it around. this is a truly unique old bike that can be ridden around. has a kill switch on handle bars and choke by the throttle that moves very easily not hard. It seems to be a complete bike except for the heat shield on the exhaust pipe.seat is in good condition with no rips or tears in it. The breaks work good too.I have had a blast riding this bike up and down the street right here and it draws a lot of attention as well. dont miss this opportunity to own a rare running and riding motorcyclelike this one. it is to be sold as-is no warranty because of its age. it is also sold with a bill of sale no title thanx. if you have any questions at all please feel free to ask.

This is the XR650R you're looking for. Well loved and cared for. Rides and feels exactly like my past brand new 2007 example did. (This is my 2nd XR650R). Never abused, never raced, and has never seen the "dunes". In-fact, this bike has never fallen or been laid down while I was it's owner. Brand new tires, oil just changed 2 riding hours ago. The reason I'm selling is because I'm making a transition from "wide open, ridiculous speed, desert/ trail riding", to tighter single track riding. This bike is ideal for more (dirt oriented) dual sport riding. All stock except the following: Professionally uncorked Pro taper fat bars Acerbis hand guards 3.5 gallon Clark tank Aluminum rear disc guard Radiator guards New Gold Chain Stronger After maket Spokets (factory gearing) Tagged for the street, have all service records from my ownership. Clean Arizona Title The new owner will Also receive a tech guide for this bike, and the DVD "Dust to Glory" (an off road movie in-which this bike plays a starring role:)

1970 Trackmaster Norton 750 Commando Desert Motocross Vintage custom buildTHIS IS A BUY IT NOW AUCTION Built back in 1970 and modified continuously throughout that decade, this bike was built by the son of a famous western movie star from the 1940's & 50's. Constructed here in Phoenix with no care given to the cost, hence no expenses were spared. Trackmaster oil-in-frame custom ordered & built for desert racing with long steering rake. Still sporting it's beautiful original nickel finish. Trackmaster is known for their highly sucessful flat track frames, and this was specifically built for MX & desert racing. Quite possibly the only desert spec Norton frame they ever built surely making it one of a kind. Also has it's custom built Trackmaster swingarm with dual shock positions. When I bought this bike from the original owner, he guesstimated that he had over $40K invested, and these were in 1970's dollars too. So you can only imagine what it might cost to try and replicate this bike today.......and that's if you could find these unobtainium parts. Engine is a 1970 Norton 750 Commando motor which was balanced & blueprinted w/extensive hi-po head & cylinder work. Norton 4 speed transmission - was totally blueprinted. Massey Ferguson points Magneto ignition. Custom built aluminum desert skid plate protects all vitals--see photos. Very rare vintage Hurst Airheart disc brakes w/stainless braided lines – front & rear (cutting edge trick for 1970). Leo St. Martin high seat w/ new velour seat cover. Steve Simons 38mm forks & triples w/custom valving & damping rods. Charles Curnutt long travel desert shocks were custom ordered and were then hand built by Charles. Buchanan built rear wheel. w/stainless heavy duty spokes. Dynamic Machine front & rear axles. Charlie Cavallo open megaphone dual exhaust (these are a work of art). 40mm Del Orto carburetor w/ K&N filter. Charlie Cavallo custom primary housing. Custom billet aluminum magneto cover & various bits. Lightened bolts and nuts (mostly titanium & aluminum). Lightened sprockets and discs. Don Vesco desert tank. Husqvarna aluminum fenders & mounting brackets. Preston Petty front # plate/tool box. All high risk bolts & nuts safety wired for racing. There's more I just can't remember. When I was loading the bike the owner started telling me about all the engine mods, but after a while my head was spinning as it was just too much for me to absorb. Rest assured, there probably isn't another 750 vintage dirt race bike that can keep up with this one. So now you can tell all those other guys riding their Rickman Triumph 750 desert sleds to "EAT MY ROCKS!" The one time I fired up and rode this bike was like living through one of California's 8.5 magnitude earthquakes. It was so stinking loud and is so ridiculously fast that it really is quite scary, and let me assure you that this bike is a real handful and is of expert level riding skill required. Without a doubt this is a man's bike, for sure. This is a loud, brash, 'in your face' vintage desert sled. It is beyond trick--beyond works---it's simply one of a kind and would most likely be impossible to duplicate now. Here's your chance to buy at less than 1/2 it's 1970's build cost. $17,500.00 ONLY ISSUES I can find are: Normal wear. Excellent compression and spark. Starts easily and runs strong. Bike has been sitting for a while and should have a complete RACE PREP by you prior to riding or racing it.Please look at photos and ask questions USE PHOTO ZOOM FEATURE. This is your best way to determine it's condition so PLEASE LOOK CLOSELY AND ASK QUESTIONS if unclear about anything.Az-Mike 623-465-0636. Feel free to call anytime. This bike DOES NOT have a TITLE. 1974 Suzuki TM250 MX Restoredback to the way it was new,top end is 30 over, with a powder coated frame and misc. parts.the bike still has its original down pipe and pickle which is unheard of.new tires and tubes with very little time on them. spokes and everything else were polished, the seat cover is the original one and is in great shape except a small 1/4 inch tear on the right side lower part of seat, I just could not see replacing such a nice seat for such a small blemish. The bike starts right up first or second kick and runs perfect,. This bike has lots of new NOS parts.I like to take lots of close up pics so that the details of this Suzuki can be seen. There is a small chip in the paint on the gas tank next to the filler hole that you can see in the picture of the top of the gas tank. this bike will be sold as-is because of the age of the motorcycle. it is sold with a bill of sale only No Title. please if you have any questions regarding this bike please don't hesitate to ask. we will be happy to answer what we can.
