My wife really enjoyed riding her Vespa around when she lived in the Heights. We've moved since and don't drive it as much. It's in great shape with low miles 2,500. For sale 2009 Vespa GTV250i. The bike has 1006 miles on it and is in very good condition, always been garage kept, never been dropped. Major service was done last summer (oil and filter change, gear oil change, spark plug change, coolant and brake fluid change, air filter change). Newer battery. The fuel pump was replaced a year ago under recall. The bike runs like new. There is small dent on the front of the bike which I covered with an Italian flag decal. You can't tell it's there unless you take the decal off. My wife purchased it 3 years ago and only put 300 miles on it since then. She is no longer interested in riding it. This is an essentially new VESPA GTV250 anniversary edition scooter with only 70 miles. It was purchased new from Vespa of Tampa some time after they moved to St Pete. When I visited their store and saw the GTV250 sitting on the floor in all of its elegance, I knew this was the scooter I had to have. It was, and in my opinion, still is the best scooter they have ever made. Having two motorcycles, however, the Vespa was bought as a collector item to ride "some day". Unfortunately shortly thereafter I suffered an injury that prevented my further riding of 2 wheel vehicles. Still, I couldn't bare to part with it. It has chrome side protectors and a front fender protector. It came with a beautiful split leather seat, and at the time I purchased an additional full straight leather seat and a black fabric seat that seems to be the favorite of many drivers (the black seat is installed and the leather seats are carefully stored and protected). It has been periodically run and serviced by Barneys Vespa. This scooter sold for over $7000.00 when new. I love it, I just can't ride it.
