This is a 1981 Suzuki GS 450-E in overall very nice condition. It has a new battery, new rear tire, new air filter and was repainted by Brian Fedigan from MXrestoration.com using a slightly more metallic looking paint and all new reproduction graphics. It starts easily and runs & shifts fine fine with no issues. All lighting and instrumentation are fully functional, brakes are also in good working order. It needs 2 things: fork seals and the seat has a couple small splits in the cover that can be seen in the photographs. The pipes are not perfect, there is a slight amount of discoloration and pitting but still look very nice. Chain and sprockets have more than 50% left on them. Overall, while not a showroom condition bike or a museum piece this GS450E is a real eye catcher. I can also say it is a blast to ride around town and gets great fuel mileage. The GS450-L & T seem to be all over the place BUT the 450E has become somewhat rare. You just don't see them much anymore. This would be a great starter bike, daily commuter, or cafe project. Also, the GS 500 top end bolts right on and gives an instantaneous Horse Power boost!! These pictures were taken at 4pm and the sun was already starting to go down. The pictures just DO NOT show how beautiful it really is. I will try to get better picture tomorrow 1/28/17. This is a buy it now or best offer sale. It is set to automatically decline offers under 1000.00. This is to eliminate NON serious buyers. You are welcome to contact me at any time It is located in Baldwinsville, NY ( 13027 ) and pick up or shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you would like to check it out in person, let me know and it can easily be arranged. The white specs in some of the pictures are snow flakes If you have a Feed Back score of less than 5 contact me before you bid or your bid WILL BE CANCELED I am happy to answer all questions that you may have!If you need a shipper, I can recommend a few that are fully insured and VERY reasonable & reliable NOTE: A $500.00 deposit is REQUIRED within 24 hours NO EXCEPTIONS I have been asked by several eBayers to do a compression check. So I have done that and here are the results. ( done with engine cold, dry NO OIL ) Right Hand side ( brake pedal side ) 140 psi Left Hand side ( shift lever side ) 138 psi

This is a 1983 Suzuki GS850G with a low 8745 miles. This bike is in VERY GOOD cosmetic and mechanical condition. I doubt you will find a nicer one anywhere. The bike starts right up, has a smooth idle and shifts smoothly through the gears. The bike runs, drives and shifts like it should. The clutch engagement is smooth. It sounds nice and tight and it has no mechanical issues at all. All of the lights, signals, horn and instruments work, as does the gear position indicator and fuel gauge. The brakes work well and the tires have plenty of tread. No leaks and no drips whatsoever. The paint is original and looks good from every angle or distance. The inside of the tank is as clean and rust free as the day it was made. The exhaust is very nice with no scrapes, scratches or road rash. The seat has no rips, the tool kit is in place and it has its original owner’s manual. The battery is a one year old sealed AGM battery. The oil, filter and brake fluid are fresh and the bike is ready to ride. It needs nothing. I have the original mirrors for the bike. They weren’t on it when I took most of the photos but can be seen in the last two. I have actually owned this bike twice, having bought the bike back from a collector who just kept it in heated storage. It is a VERY NICE GS 850! The bike has a clear, signed, open title in the previous owner’s name. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I will assist however I can.INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I can transport this bike to any New Jersey area shipper or logistics facility for $250 USD.

This bike is a GS 1000S, only imported in '79-80. Was a barn find which I've had an engine out restoration done. Frame & all related pieces have been powder coated. Body work was re-painted to an exceptionally high standard. This bike is commonally called a "Wes Cooley Special". Countless new old stock Suzuki parts used in restoration. Carbs were completely rebuilt & bench flowed. Exhaust was replaced with Vance & Hines 4 into 1 as original pipes were rotted. Brakes completely overhauled & upgraded with braided lines. Fresh shocks. Crates full of spare parts included. 2 sets of Krauser hard saddle bags & mounts(unrestored). Lots of service manuals included. This bike was restored to be a rider. Clean NY title. 21003 miles

1982 Suzuki GS850L For Sale It is with a heavy heart and much trepidation that I offer for sale my 1982 Suzuki GS850L. My hope is that someone will take this bike and love it for another 33 years, as I have. I'd hate for it to go to someone who will part it out, or let their kid learn to ride on it, and possibly trash it. Its too special of a bike for that. Its led a sheltered and special life with me, she really needs a new, loving owner so I know it will be in good hands and truly appreciated and respected. This bike has served me well over the years, however, I now own 3 other bikes (BMWs) and am expecting to pick up yet another one next week. 5 bikes is just too many for me. I find it difficult choosing which bike to ride, feel guilty leaving the others home like I am neglecting them, and also realize that a bike sitting idle is the worst thing for that bike. I hardly use the Suzuki anymore, and it makes me sad but I do love my other bikes as well. So my 'Zuke and I have reached a crossroad, and its time to call it a day after 33 years. I am the original owner of this bike, having purchased it brand new out of the crate as a 1982 leftover in March of 1983 for about $2300. Never rode a bike before, and brought her home in the bed of my father-in-law's 1954 Ford pickup. I learned to ride on this bike, and we've had some great times together. I got married on this bike. It has maybe seen 2 days of rain in its entire life. It has always lived indoors, either in my garage, or even spent a few years inside my living room on cold, winter nights. I have done all routine maintenance myself over the years, including fluid changes and winterization. It has 17,070 miles and looks almost as good as the day I took her home. It is almost 100% stock with the following additions made over the years: I swapped out the torturous buckhorn handlebars a few years back for something much more comfortable. I still have the OEM bars in the attic. I installed steel braided brake lines. Changed out spark plug wires and added 40,000 volt Accel coils. Added the unobtanium KG sliding back rest, but still have the OEM grab rail. Added ****** loud horns. Added a lightly tinted Givi windshield, which can be easily removed if you want clean air instead. Scooped out some of the seat foam and added Sargent Memory foam layer to firm up the seat. The seat is in perfect condition. I stripped the crackling clear coat of both side of the engine case with Aircraft Stripper, and just polish up the cases once in a while, and they look gorgeous! I undercoated the undersides of both fenders many years ago with gas main sealer to resist rust. They have held up remarkably well. The paint and chrome is great all the way around. There is the tiniest of dents (if you even want to call it that) on the side of the fuel tank and front fender. Almost unnoticeable. The inside of the fuel tank is perfect with no rust. Always stored for winter with a full tank of gas and fuel stabilizer. T
