I have for sale a 1982 Honda Nighthawk CB650 with 12009 miles. It is in good condition, and the tires have a good amount of tread on them. Could use an oil change, haven't gotten around to it here at the start of riding season. Runs great, starts right up every time. Miles will go up gradually as I ride it when the weather is nice. Asking $1000 OBO, has a clean, green, Michigan title. Also comes with a Clymer repair manual.

Looking around at gruisers on the one hand and sport bikes on the other, the think-tank members wondered whether they could blend elements of cruiser styling with those trom functional sport bikes. The Nighthawk became a bird apart—a functional motorcycle with an arresting appearance. In 1982, the Nighthawk,  was a bargain. Still, the motorcycle looked stylish.   These older Hondas are getting hard to find in good condition. This one has the rusted and patched mufflers, it runs, and rides fine. Still sporting the stock paint job, for it's age, it is in nice shape. I called a local Honda dealer to find out this is a CB650 engine...the frame likely matches. VIN on the frame RC0502BM205801 (CB650 from 1981 or 1982). You rebuild or want to put together a classic bike. You don't mind coming to the south Austin area to pick these parts up (no shipping as this frame and engine are heavy).

Loud Fun Fast The Bad: Carb assembly needs something, right now it's starving for fuel at high rpms. She needs new carbs to run perfect, but everything else on the bike is in great shape. This bike is perfect for someone who is a lot more mechanically inclined then I am--she'll run amazing if you put a little work in. If not, she's worth a lot in parts.
