100% Custom Build 1982 Yamaha Virago XV 920 R Cafe Racer with rare chain drive. The bike is a full frame - off restoration with no expenses spared. Everything on this bike was taken apart, restored or replaced. It was professional build over a 10 month period. To give this bike its unique and authentic look we installed a rare original Benelli tank imported from Italy. This look gives the bike character, exclusivity and shows of its no - nonsense attitude. One of the main missions for this project was to have a 100% bullet proof bike that is one of a kind and reliable. It has less than 50 miles on the engine since completion. We fitted an original Benelli tank on the bike that was imported from Italy. Unfortunately no video does the sound justice - amazing noise live. This bike looks mean sitting or riding. Here a quick overview of some of the things involved with this build: • Yamaha R6 Front End (Brake calipers, rotors, wheel etc) • Custom build rear - swingarm • New tires • 180/55 - 17 Michelin Rear Tire • Carbon colored stainless custom braided brake lines with custom banjo fittings • Custom made polished triple • Vortex clip-on bars with R6 controls (kill switch, starter, signals, lights) • Polished engine and clutch case • 8 cell battery (smallest on the market) • Custom exhaust (straight pipes), heat - coated, hand build, bend and wrapped • Custom mounted K&N air filter • Custom seat bracket and mount • Custom made solo pan seat • Custom handmade saddle upholstery• Rear LED tail light • Custom license plate mount • Full engine rebuilt • Carburetor clean and rebuild (new gaskets, jets) • Jetting (full) • New fork seals/rebuild • New spark plugs • All fluids replaced (oil, brake fluid etc.) This bike can be easily used for everyday riding. It is light, nimble and unbelievably fun to ride. This build gets so much attention that it rivals some of our exotic bikes.

For sale is my 1982 Yamaha Virago cafe racer. I built this for myself, but some personal issues have come up and now the bike is for sale. It runs great, and has recently had the engine swapped from a 1982 XV750 to a 1992 XV1100; hence why it is listed as a 1982 XV1100 (even though they don't exist.) Customization include: PWK 32MM Carburetors High-Compression XV1100 Engine (920 heads) Dime City Cycles headlight Hand built subframe from cold rolled steel tubing. Lithium-ion battery. XV1100 Front forks. Rear-to-front wheel conversion (15 inch rims) Tires have only 1000 miles on them. Benelli Mojave Chrome tank Vintage Italian petcocks and gas cap. MotoLanna seat. Digital speedometer/tachometer Bar end mirrors Clip-on handlebars LED brake and tail lights Custom VF500 rearsets and handmade linkages. I encourage and am happy to arrange inspections.
