I'm the second owner of this incredibly low mileage classic that runs great but needs someone to love. I found it in a barn up the coast 10 years ago in decent shape and just did enough to keep it running: new cables, tires, oil and trimmed the seals. I'm not a collector: I bought this because it's the same as my first bike! It's a unique classic and comes with a backrest and tour bars. The first owner bought it for a run up and down the coast, and then just kept it in his barn and took it out every year for maintenance and a quick ride. The odometer reads 4483.8 at posting. I have a Clymer manual for it as well. It's all stock except for the gas cap and the air filter covers (Someone stole 1, but I bought replacements on EBay but never got them painted). The chrome is pitted, but it even has the unique and ultra cool blue-dot tail light. It has always been stored indoors and starts up with a little coaxing (hey, it's older than most of us reading this) then runs and rides wonderfully! Basic Business: Cash only, no test rides without cash, a valid motorcycle operators license, and helmet in hand. Will not be parted out. Buyer responsible for shipping / delivery. I have a 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 250R (EX250R) with 6,200 original miles for sale. The bike is in excellent condition and is ready to ride. I purchased her 2 months ago as my first bike with the intention to commute to the Bay Area for work. She is Perfect for around-town and some freeway but the 50+ minute freeway stretch required for the commute will strain her. Everything is stock with a few of exceptions: - I removed the lower portion of the rear mudguard and mounted the license plate on an aluminum bracket I made - The rear turn signals have been relocated to the empty spaces next to the rear brake light. All connections have been soldered and protected with shrink-tubing. - Upgraded the air filter to a K&N performance filter. The bike was recently [150 miles ago] inspected and tuned by Monster Motorcycles in Modesto. Bryan does great work and I would highly recommend future service there.

This is a Ducati 1098 that has been modified in only the best ways.
