The bike has a registered STREET LEGAL Arkansas title, and comes with a Sicass brand Street Legalizer kit (still new in package – break lights, headlights, horn…) and new set of prockets (still in package also). I bought this bike to convert to a supermoto but found a bride before I found the time to buy the wheels and slicks. The bike has only been actually ridden 6 times: once to break it in and 5 short trips around my neighborhood on the pavement to keep the fuel from sitting and to keep the battery from depleting.
