If you are reading this page, you probably already know about the VTX. It's a tank. It's a muscular motorcycle that sits larger than most Harleys. It has a throaty sound and because it's shaft driven, it has incredible torque. This bike is like riding your dad's couch. It's cozy. And with the passenger seat sitting slightly above yours, you have nice lumbar back support. This bike has custom leather seating, including a comfortable passenger seat with back. The seats and saddlebags are all leather and have been maintained in great condition. There is only one bit of surface scratching at the location my belt-buckle. Not too noticeable and just scratches (not gauges). Bike stays on a trickle charge. Tires should be replaced in 1000 miles. I own other bikes but nothing like this. This bike has been trouble-free (unlike my Ducati). I use the bike for infrequent rides (not a commuter bike). The Honda VTX was the largest displacement V-twin in the world for a time. The VTX 1800 produced record-setting 0-60 mph and 1/4 mile times. VTX stands for V-Twin Extreme. In addition to the 52° V-twin layout, powertrains include:radiator with cooling fan;cylinder heads with two intake valves; and a single, larger, exhaust valve;rocker arms with screw-and-locknut clearance adjusters;electronic control unit with 3-D ignition maps for each cylinder;two spark plugs per cylinder;dry sump oil system with the oil tank inside the gearbox case;shaft final-drive.

For Sale! 2002 Honda VTX 1800C Mileage: 20270 This was the first year for this motorcycle. The ad stated that the engine had bigger pistons than a P51 mustang WW II fighter plane! At that time that was the biggest production V Twin by any of the major motorcycle companies. Now for the upgrades: The bike has a power commander module that was tuned by a Professional in Fremont, CA. It has a ten plate clutch that gives it better launch at the start. I did a ground upgrade to the bike this makes all the grounds better for the bike and that is better for the electronics. It has lowered progressive shocks for the back this makes the bike a little lower than stock. It also has progressive front fork springs for the front shocks this to me made the bike ride more like a Cadillac, big difference to me. It has Rock Chops custom handle bars they are powder coated and custom grips. It has the headlight cowl in front. I wired for the GPS and it has the GPS mount in front. I relocated the license plate to the lower left and this set up has blue LEDs. It has blacked out powder coated rims and I switched the bearings when I did that job so, the bearings are somewhat new. It has a new air horn underneath the bike for a louder horn. The pegs are switched out and this bike has a heal toe shifter. I prefer the heal toe over a regular shifter more comfortable when shifting to me. The bike has a reusable oil filter meaning with every oil change you do not have to buy a new oil filter just clean this one out and reuse it. This is also the case with the K&N air filter it is reusable, just clean, let dry awhile and use it again this saves you money. It is shaft drive meaning no chain stretch so you will never have to go to the shop for this. It has a custom Texas sandstorm paint job as you can tell by the exhaust. And the top of the tank had some of the clear taken off by the sandstorms. I sanded and shot clear over the tank. I was going to do a fine repair, then I saw the movie Mad Max Fury Road and said to myself that adds character to the bike and left it. The exhaust pipes were two into one side burners made by Hard Krome, I chopped the “into one” and made this set up straight pipe with two stainless steel tips with metal screws holding the tips on, again to me it adds character. I wanted to name the exhaust, one name was “Hell Pounders” and the other was “Franken Burners,” you can chose the name. They are loud and for this I will throw in a set of pipes that I bought on eBay to quiet the bike down if you choose. I put tattoos on the bike and shot clear over them. The symbols are relevant to the yin and yang of it all, balance, one side stands for good and the other side stands for evil. This concept to me is basically a part of life. The bike is in very good condition and is a good deal at $ 3850. I have my jacket which is Joe Rocket I believe it is XXXL and two other helmets one is my Kevlar helmet, beanie style if you want to purchase separately from the bike at a good price. And as a reminder this is not a 1300 this is an 1800 which is the equivalent to almost 110 cubic inches of V Twin madness!! Beautiful custom Honda VTX 1800 low mileage and many custom features. Bike has never been down and always garaged, maintenance well maintained. 2005 Honda Vtx 1800, 2005 Honda VTX1800C (3). You've heard of the car that grandma drove once a week to church and not over 35 mph... well this bike has barely been broken in, driven to work 8 miles on Fridays, always covered AND garaged. I can't say it has never been driven over 35 mph but has always been treated right (this is a powerful and fun ride!). It hasn't sat and a gasoline supplement has been added frequently to a full tank to keep out moisture buildup. She has lots of upgrades including a V&H Big Shot exhaust and controller (setup perfectly), windshield, auxillary lights, and chrome billets. I have the stock exhaust and seat which is included with bike. Extras include a Danny Gray solo seat, extra wide Mustang backrest and storage rack, Cobra Tach, tank bib, and official service manual. Title is clean and in hand. Too many bikes and this one deserves to be ridden. Price is negotiable but no low ballers! $8,250.00
