2013 CBR 250R, 5909 Miles For sale is my CBR 250. I'm the original owner, bought the bike from Barney's in St. Pete a couple of years ago. The bike is in nice condition, ready to ride, ready to sell, clear title in hand, no lien. I have a lot of large pictures further down in the listing and a short video at the end that shows the bike being cold started, and running from a couple of different angles. Totally stock, well maintained. I haven't ridden the bike much in the last 6 or so months. Long story short I moved to an apartment and put it in a storage locker, and I just don't use it that much anymore because of it. I hung on to it for a while thinking I might just store it but I'd probably rather have the space for an extra dirt bike. I mainly used the bike for commuting and riding around in town, a little bit of highway use, no track or racing or anything. It isn't too bad on the highway. It will eventually do 91 or something like that, but acceleration over about 80 is slow. It's a good choice if you want a low maintenance and low cost commuter. It gets 77 mpg according to Honda's website (see here - http://powersports.honda.com/2013/cbr250r/specifications.aspx). I've never measured my gas mileage. Naturally, also a good choice for a first bike. Pretty light for a street bike at 357 pounds wet (also according to Honda's site). It feels light. It's actually a pretty fun bike to ride. Miles are currently 5909, may change slightly. The bike has some use related wear, scuffs here and there, wear from my boots on the sides/cases and some scuffs on the back seat where I throw my leg over the bike. A little bit of wear from my keychain on the top clamp, just general use related marks. The only abnormal stuff are some scuffs on the mirrors (pictured). I think these probably came from rubbing on the wall in my old garage. The bike has never been crashed. I did knock it over once in some grass, bent the brake lever a little. It's in nice condition but it was used and I wouldn't want to give the impression that it's perfect. If you bought it you'd probably want to change the oil sooner rather than later. It's still well under the mileage interval specified in the manual (8000) but I'm pretty sure it's been close to or over a year since the last oil change. I think last time I had it changed around 3500, again because it was getting close to a year old at the time. You can ride it like it is. Comes with the manual and an extra key. That's all I can find. Price is OBO of course. I'm not exactly looking to hold on to it. I'll listen to offers but I'm not going to sell it for an unreasonably low price. Terms of Sale and Questions If you've got any questions just send me a message through eBay. Deposit through Paypal, payment in cash in person only. I'd rather not ship it. Sold as-is, no warranty. I wouldn't expect you'd have any trouble with it but it is a piece of machinery. The factory warranty has ended also. If you'd like to come and see the bike I can organize it. If you want to test ride it I'll need to hold onto the cash while you do, no exceptions. If you want to ride it, you have to have a motorcycle endorsement also. No trades, no selling services. Video Just a short video to illustrate that the bike starts and runs well. Shows a cold start, running from a couple of different angles, and all the lights working. Click here to see it
