I am selling my 2012 KTM 690 Enduro R with only 2300 miles. This is an awesome motorcycle, that runs great and is in excellent condition. This bike leads the class in every way and performs great on everything from single track trails to mountain roads paved or not! I have added a wind screen, rear rack, and rebuilt the factory seat. The bike is ready to go with all services complete and very new Pirelli Scorpions. These tires are great for the street and made the bike a dream to ride through the twisties in the canyons. The only reason I am selling the bike is I need cash for other hobbies and obviously by the millage I am not riding much these days :(. I am a big guy so if the high bidder needs the best dual sport helmet made by Arai, then I could arrange a really good price on that. I also have a KTM jacket in the 3xl size that matches the bike great. The bike is for sale locally so the auction may end at any time. I am asking $9,000 or best offer. Thanks for looking and good luck! I will help with shipping by simply be here to deliver the bike. Local pick-up is best though. Call John at 805-208-9252 if you would like to ask questions in person and please don't call after 9:00pm pacific time. I also have a Corbin seat that can go with the bike for extra if there is interest.

Listing this for a friend so the bike is actually located in Chatsworth ,CA. You are more than welcome to come inspect it or pick it up after purchase. Please call me at 310-420-6999 to ask any questions. My friend also owns an international shipping company and we can give you a separate price for shipping anywhere in the world. The bike was recently imported from Vietnam from the original owner. All paperwork included. Runs great and I can also supply a video if interested. Some general info on the bike: First introduced in 1968 for the Japanese home market, the CD50 commuter motorcycle was soon popular around the world, the earlier models had chrome side panels on the fuel tanks, and were perhaps the prettiest with those beautifully made plastic Honda Wing tank badges. The overhead cam 5.2PS @ 10200rpm engine gave a good turn of speed, important for city commuting allowing a smooth transition into the main flow of traffic, while the four speed box allowed this peppy engine to stay on the boil. The CD part of the name was given to all Honda’s that were designed for commuting or touring during the 1960’s and early 1970’s. The CD50, also known as the Benly in Japan was produced almost unchanged, apart from a few styling tweaks well into the new Century, with some limited edition models selling out very quickly to collectors and investors inside Japan. On Jul-21-15 at 12:40:07 PDT, seller added the following information: ericlp Store

Beautiful Emerald Green 1971 Honda CT70H 4 SpeedBuild Date 12/1970Vin# CT70H143738 Engine # CT70HE143838Mileage 1390 Now about the bike. I will do my best to describe it but being human can be subject to error. Please look at all the pictures I have provided and ask any questions you might have before placing a bid. The bike starts right up drives straight and shifts good. The horn, high and low beam, brake light, and speedo all work as intended. The paint is still extremely nice but does have its flaws such as scratches and chips. The headlight bucket is intact free of any of the usual cracks. The fuel lines appear to have been replaced and the footpegs have been painted. The chrome is in great shape for its age and is still very clean. It does have some of the normal patina you get over time. I did polish the triple clamp, points cover and cam chain cover with Mothers polish to clean them up. The seat pan is in great condition. The seat is still nice but does have some small rips you can see in the pictures. I believe the small rips didn't warrant replacing the seat cover and taking away from the originality of the bike. The bike comes with a California title and Street Legal License Plate. It is currently in Non-Op status with the DMV system since 2009 so all you have to do is pay the current registration of approximately $81 if you want to put it back on the road. You will also receive 1 key. Overall I think this bike will make any collector proud. I always say " A bike can be restored over and over again making it nicer then the new ones. But an original can only be that way 1 time." Happy Bidding Payment$500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Final payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction.Payment ChoicesCash in Person , Cashiers Check from Major US Bank , Wire Transfer from Major US BankFinal payment can be made via PayPal if you cover the fees above the initial $500 deposit.
