1948 Indian Chief ROADMASTER, This sale is for a 1948 Indian Chief Road Master. This is a 12 year old complete restoration. Starts and runs, and sounds tight as it should. Shifts smoothly as it should. This also has a clean title. The motor was rebuilt in 2003 by Starklight and the odometer has also been changed; the original had about 8,000 miles, and after the rebuild about 413 miles. The motor rebuild took about 4 months to do. Some of the cables are original cables as the previous owners tried to keep as much original as possible. The paint is one of 3 original color combinations done in 2008 by Larry Strumitt in Cortez. This bike has had only 2 owners since 1984 and the person who did complete restoration owned it for more than 20 years. It has been in parades in Montrose, Paonia and Delta. 1975 Norton Commando , One of a kind 1975 MKIII Norton Commando with only 3800 original miles. It has a Sparkmatic electronis ignition and Barnett clutch, otherwise is all original.
