I am 72 years old, recently had spine surgery and can no longer ride. Therefore I am selling my BMW 2015 R1200GS, which is fully loaded. A 1/200 limited edition 1978 r100rs "motorsport" edition with an exceptional 34,xxx miles. It is a beautifully running motorcycle but unfortunately I have no maintenance records on the bike as none could be provided by the dealership I purchased it from and I have not had it long enough to have any performed myself. The paint is original apart from a touch up by the previous owner in the white tank paint. As is only natural, it has 34,xxx miles worth of small dings, chips and tiny cracks in all the usual places on the fairing. All guages and lights work as well as the clock. Tires are nearly brand new. There is a small dent on the tail of the seat (also from the previous owner) but it is in otherwise beautiful shape. I am simply not up to the task of restoring a rare piece of BMW Airhead history that belongs in a museum. Very low mileage, currently at 4,950 miles. Just had 5000 mils maintenance done, was planning on a big trip but have to move to Canada so will not be able to ride on it anymore.
