I am the second owner of an 09 kx450f. The bike is fuel injected and runs perfectly. It only has 155 hours on it and has never been raced. I've never had any problems with it and the maintenance has always been kept up on it. I also recently had a powersports shop go through the bike and check for any problems and I had them adjust the valves and I had that all done a couple of rides before I parked it. The plastics have some scratches on them and the front number plate is cracked but I have a brand new set of plastics that also comes with the bike. The motor has some minor scratches on the sides by the foot pegs that got scuffed up from riding boots but other than that the motor is extremely clean and never had any leaks or stains of any kind. The bike has Pro Taper handle bars and a full Yoshimura exhaust system with a carbon fiber tip and a One Industries seat. It also has a set of ARC clutch and brake levers and a new chain and Hinson clutch and clutch cover. I also had an electronic tuner installed to adjust the fuel system for the efi and there is an hour meter on the bike too that was installed when the previous owner purchased the bike. I also have a paddle tire that I will include with the bike that has only been used once. The registration is good till July of 2018. $3200 obo.

The push-button system is activated by a touch of the switch on the left handlebar, and optimizes off-the-line acceleration by altering ignition timing in first and second gears to help maximize grip and reduce the chance of excessive wheelspin. Shifting into third gear automatically deactivates Launch Control Mode and returns the ignition timing to the parameters of the installed ignition map. The Launch Control s effectiveness is further enhanced by a chassis designed to maximize suspension performance and rear wheel traction. No other production motocrosser offers a higher degree of adjustability to the rider interface or engine character than the new 2011 KX450F. With a choice of four different handlebar positions, two footpeg positions, and virtually unlimited ignition mapping capabilities thanks to its advanced Digital Fuel Injection (DFI®) system the KX450F is uniquely able to adapt to changing track and surface conditions and meet the needs of a surprisingly wide range of riders. The DFI system comes with pre-programmed ignition maps, but new for 2011, these maps are interchangeable without the use of a laptop computer or other separate electronic devices.
