Reason being I am currently interested in purchasing a sports car of some sort. The Bike runs great and sounds better than any other internal combustion engine you have ever heard (Cross-plane crankshaft > everything). The bike is in excellent condition with minor blemishes on the swing-arm and frame (posted in pics) that are to be expected from a bike with 11,700+ mileage. Mileage may slightly increase as I ride it from time to time. I am asking $8,850 for the bike, but don't be shy to shoot me your best offer. I will see what I can do. She has never been layed down, dropped, stunted, wheelied, thrashed, or scraped against any sort of stationary objects. This is my second bike and I have meticulously maintained the bike myself (I have all maintenance records available with mileage and type of service listed in the records). This is my personal R1 that I have up for sale, it is always stored inside in climate controlled facilities and is in virtually perfect shape. It does show standard wear from 25,000 miles of use, but shows no signs of misuse, or abuse. I also have the records for the services that have been done. The bike just got an oil change, and air filter service yesterday, and it got new tires about 500 miles ago. It does have 25,200+ miles on it, I have put all but 46 miles on myself, no one else rides it, I am 40 years old, and the person I purchased it from is 15 years older than me. I have NEVER run the bike hard, it probably has never seen 10k rpm, I use it for a commuter from work to home and it has been 100 percent reliable since I purchased it. It does not have any “homemade” modifications to it, it is all factory. All the blinkers, mirrors, reflectors, everything… is still on it. I have not try to make my own custom. The only accessories that it has is a Vortex keyless fuel cap because the old one was not working properly and I did not want to use the key for it anymore. It also has Genuine Yamaha Racing Technology Velocity Stacks and Air Intake Filter installed. It will come with a Two-Brothers matched racing stand. It is ready to ride, and I will continue riding it till it sells, so mileage will change. I am asking 7500.00 for this motorcycle, it is the nicest bike you can find on the market. It’s a Limited Edition, and these bikes are about 80 pounds lighter than the later models, they started adding catalytic converters and other junk to the newer ones. This bike is 180hp and only 379 pounds. This is not a beginner motorcycle.
