Standard Features May Include: Liquid-cooled, DOHC 4-valve, fuel-injected engine with the same forward-positioned, straight intake, rear-inclined cylinder, and rear-positioned exhaust layout as the YZ450F. The 4-titanium-valve cylinder head is matched to a fuel injection system that provides power at mid-to-high rpm. The fuel injection system instantly adjusts the air/fuel mixtures depending on altitude and temperature, for a hesitation-free engine that delivers no matter the conditions. The aluminum Bilateral Beam frame offers a superb rigidity balance and provides unmatched lightweight handling. The exhaust pipe has an innovative layout, circling the cylinder, giving the exhaust pipe proper length for an excellent exhaust pulse effect. At the same time, the exhaust pipe has three different diameters throughout the exhaust tract, bringing out excellent power characteristics. This layout allows the silencer behind the side panel, making it closer to the middle of the bike for centralized mass for superior handling. The layout of the seat, fuel tank, air box, and wrap-around exhaust system moves the bike s mass towards the center for exceptional handling. The front intake layout with large air filter element adds the benefit of reduced air filter maintenance due to its positioning away from dirt roost from the rear wheel. Accessory GYTR® Power Tuner lets owners adjust air/fuel mixture and ignition timing maps to match engine performance characteristics to the rider and track conditions in a matter of seconds with the push of a few buttons. The adjustable fuel injection system uses a 44mm throttle body fed by a high-pressure battery-less electric fuel pump. This ensures optimum fuel atomization and air/fuel calibration for excellent rideability in a wide range of riding conditions. The system controls the volume of fuel injected and the ignition timing based on engine rpm and throttle opening, providing hesitation-free response and controllability. The compact wet sump lubrication system with piston cooler spray jet maintains excellent engine durability and eliminates the need for an oil tank, which lowers engine weight. 2015 YZ250F MUST SEE, looks and runs perfect, nothing needed its ready to put under the Xmas tree. New tires, FMF Mega Bomb and FMF 4.1 Blue Anodized Silencer with Carbon fiber cap, Renthall Bars, Wiseco Piston, Hot Cams, new grips, new plastics. Lots of extras, too much to list. Call or text (805) 602-0018.I bought the bike for my son about a year and a half ago. Between trail and track he had about 100 hrs hours on it in September. I’m religious about the maintenance and part replacement. At 100hrs I priced piston, rings, valves and I heard when you have it all a part just to do a crank for an extra $350. The total cost was about $2K (including labor), instead of spending $2K I bought a complete brand new 2016 engine for $3,300. Came complete with side covers and all. I then parted out the 100hr motor to make up the cost difference. The new motor has about 28hrs on it.We had the bike down for a couple weeks, motor swap, suspension service and wheel bearings. My son was riding my 450 during those two weeks, he really liked the power. After a couple hours on the new motor we dropped in Hot Cams and a WiseCo piston (I have the stock piston and cams and new top end gasket kit) for more power. As great as the bike runs my son really likes a 450 more, that’s the only reason the bike is for sell. We also have extra parts from the old motor that I wasn’t able to sell, another air filter, GYTR air box, triangle stand and owner’s manual. Clear pink, I’m the original owner. I can map the bike for you before you leave my house, I have the map tool for my 450 and it’s the same for the 250. Currently it has the stock mapping.Extra engine parts include complete clutch (about 30 hrs on it), all the transmission parts and water pump cover/shaft etc.
