This XS650 is in very good condition, 95% original, and running. Everything works. No rust. Both carbs and both petcocks have been cleaned and rebuilt in the past year. It has a new battery, and is electric & kick start. There is no compression release on the left cylinder. The mufflers are 'cocktail-shaker' style (not original). I've had this bike 4 years, put 0 miles on since bought from the previous owner, who owned it over 30 years. The miles are 11,300. The original factory colors of red & white are shiny and bright on the fuel tank and side covers; these pieces are near flawless. Bike not perfect, but does not need restoration unless you want a pristine machine for your collection. My next improvements would be new tires & tubes, and brake system rebuild as preventive maintenance. Priced under the NADA amount for vintage; offers welcomed.
