Rare bike to find in this great of condition. Rides nice and smooth. Clean title in my name. Registration good through 9/8/16. Only selling because I'm moving for work and won't be able to ride it where I'm relocating. Please call/text/email with any questions or to schedule a time to come look at it. Have cash in hand when ready for a test drive. NADA lists the bike for $2,270 in excellent condition and $1,515 in very good condition. I think this bike is somewhere in the middle. Recent work done by a professional mechanic: 1.) New tires, brakes, and clutch 2.) Replaced fork seals, air intake boots, clutch cable 3.) Synced carbs, tuned up 4.) Oil most recently changed on 7/20/16

1983 Yamaha Xj550 MAXIM, 1983 Yamaha XJ550J condition: fair fuel: gas paint color: black transmission: automatic I am selling my boyfriends motorcycle because he's in jail. It needs to move from where it's currently parked ASAP or it will be towed. I don't know anything about motorcycles but I think it's a 1983 Yamaha XJ550J maxim. It doesn't run right now but it did run 2 weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it's some thing simple to get it to run from what my boyfriend said. I don't have the pink slip but can provide a bill of sale.
