I'm selling my 2008 Yamaha WR250x with about 14,000 miles on it. If you've been hunting one you know how hard they are to find. Currently there is only 1 on CycleTrader and it's in Washington State. They only made these for 2 years and to come across a nice one is rare. I actually traveled from PA to TN to pick this one up. I'm the second owner and the original owner actually used this as a dual sport. There are some slight rubs on the frame from motocross boots, a scuff on the front fender but the overall condition is excellent. This is my 2nd WR250X and they are one of the most enjoyable motorcycles ever made! Such a blast to ride. I've got $2,000 in extras that comes with the bike. Also everything was done by a Yamaha dealership, not in my garage. FMF Q4 pipe, header and fuel injection programmer (all tuned and ready to go). New chain and sprockets. New beefier clutch (stock clutch is fine and included). Stainless steel brake lines all around, this thing stops on a dime! Pro-taper bars. Larger fuel tank (I'm not sure how big it is, $7.00ish to fill it). Cargo Rack (looks corny but is convenient as heck). You will also get extra parts such as: extra key, oil, a set of dirt tires (now you've just bought 2 bikes!) , skid plates, extra set of Pro-Taper bars, repair manual, bar end mirrors, extra clutch, stock exhaust etc..etc.. . 2008 Yamaha Wr250x XL, Up for sale is my 2008 wr250x. Everything on the bike is up to date, registration and safety check. Bike only has 10,xxx miles on it very low for bike being 7 years old. Babied and put a lot of money and extras into bike. I am the second owner and bought the bike from a close friend. Had lots of fun with this bike mostly street riding but also hit up some off road nothing too crazy dirt roads. Clear title. Serviced and maintained regularly every 3 months with oem yamaha fluids. Plastics never changed still factory from 2008 so there are a few blemishes here and there. All in all this is a great bike that has never given me any problems.
