I had my gf on the back and was just flying through the corners like it was on rails. The other thing that surprised me about this bike is the brakes. It has a shorter stopping distance than my last bike which was at least 100 lbs lighter. I've got a line installed for a trickle charger/ GPS. The bike has heated grips, cruise control, and an electronically adjustable wind screen. The shaft drive is great if, like me, you're tired of cleaning/ adjusting chains.

O.B.O. This is a 2013 FJR 1300 with ABS, Cruise, Sport and Touring Modes, Factor Saddle Bag inserts, Heated Grips, Factory Cover, and Factory Oversize Touring Shield. It also has a factory height adjust assembly kit. I have 32" inseam and can make my feet flat on the ground if I want, (I have it set slightly higher right now). I am the second owner and got nerve damage from a work related accident and can no longer ride. This bike is in beautiful condition and it kills me to have to let it go. The 2013 is highly sought after, because of all the wonderful changes Yamaha did to the FJR series bikes. This bike has never been in the rain as is meticulously cared for. It currently has less than 8,000 miles on it.

After tons of research I bought this bike as a daily commuter and something I can take on weekend trips and vacation with my gf who is really enjoying riding more and more. About 3 weeks later I got an email from the IRS about my 2015 taxes. I screwed up big and owe more money than this bike is worth. Have to sell and it breaks my heart.
