Hello all. Up for sale is my beloved Street Triple RX conversion. The bike is loaded!!! It has pretty much all of the Triumph options as well as some select manufacturers that really add to the overall look of this tastefully done up bike. My bike is in pristine condition. It has been impeccably maintained, serviced, washed and detailed. 6K service was performed by my local dealer Douglas Triumph. She lives a protected life in the garage on paddock stands under a bike cover away from the elements. My family and I have jumped head first into the offroad scene and it's pretty much consumed all of our available time off. :D The wife says our quads are dangerous so a '17 Yamaha YXZ 1000R SE SS is her ride. I need more room in the garage. I know I will never recoup the money I put into the bike. (IT'S A LOT! :D) But, when I went about building her my intention was never to sell her so it didn't matter. But I can't give her away either. I'm asking $8250 and believe that is a smoking deal for what you get. Selling my 1958 TR6 Triumph desert sled...this is the type of bike raced by Steve Mcqueen (aka Harvey Mushman) and Bud Ekins as well as other celebrities back in the day. I have no idea if any of them owned this bike...but could be ? This bike was converted to a race bike a long time ago so no paperwork comes with the bike. Sold on a Bill of Sale ONLY ! I changed the fluids and the spark plug wires and it started right up. It was dry stored for many years so the tank is pretty clean inside. It looks like someone started taking it apart at some time and there are some missing bolts and fasteners so I did not ride it. It has some very cool old racing pipes with built in brackets, one of which has been repaired. Also has a Bonneville top end which is pretty common on race bikes. The generator hole on the engine has a block off plate so spark only on this one. The tank may be a later smaller capacity tank which is also common. The front tire has a slow leak so it won't hold air. Look closely at the pictures and give me a call if you have questions @ 951-992-9839 The bike is located in SOCAL but it came from the East Coast so who knows it's history All sales are final so have your funds in place before purchasing. I will not sell this bike outside the USA as I don't have the paperwork and am not willing to get it !
