2014 Triumph Thunderbird ABS Two-tone, 2014 Triumph Thunderbird ABS Laid back and relaxed, the Thunderbird is exactly the way a cruiser should be. But, on top of that, Triumph engineering has added superior performance and handling without ever diluting what the Thunderbird is all about. The engine itself is unique in its class, a classic Triumph parallel twin. And the styling is pure cruiser with sweeping lines, low seat and high bars. But like any Triumph it's highly practical too, and perfectly feasible as an everyday commuter. A long, low, fat-tyred, chromed up, everyday commuter. Standard Features May Include: Bodywork We made sure that the Thunderbird's authentic classic style lives on. With a long, low stance, fat rear tyre, teardrop tank and high bars. By keeping it pure, uncluttered, clean and elegant, with plenty of chrome, it still looks exactly how a cruiser should look. Instruments The instruments are set into a tank-mounted chromed pod, leaving the top yoke area lean to show off the array of polished aluminium and chrome, so it looks as great to you as it does to the people watching it pass by. Engine The Thunderbird s 1597cc parallel twin engine kicks out a muscular 86PS and a thumping 146Nm of torque at just 2750rpm. Configuration Full of modern engineering, we added double overhead camshafts and a crankshaft with 270 degree firing intervals, to give you an engine with authentic cruiser character. Whilst the fuelling is looked after by a sequential fuel injection system and progressive throttle linkage which ensures the engine delivers its torque exactly the way you expect. 6 Speed Gearbox The transmission uses a six-speed gearbox with a tall top ratio for relaxed highway cruising and exceptional fuel efficiency. Belt Drive We ve incorporated high tech materials in the belt and pulleys so you get a drive with an exceptionally long life even compared with other modern bikes. And almost zero maintenance requirements. It's also smooth, quiet and helps keep the rear of the bike clean. Frame We gave the Thunderbird a twin spine steel frame that's exceptionally stiff. Coupled with well-dampened suspension this gives you a plush ride and exceptionally stable, easy handling for a bike in this class. Suspension With their 47mm diameter and 120mm of travel, the forks are carefully matched by our suspension specialists to the pair of chromed rear shocks. And, their 5-position adjustable spring preload allows you to adjust them to suit the way you want to ride. Brakes We made sure that the brakes are well up to the Thunderbird's wide range of capabilities. A pair of four-piston callipers up front provide sufficient power to cope with a

2015 Triumph Daytona 675 R ABS, 2015 Triumph Daytona 675R ABS In the Daytona 675R, we ve made exceptional the new standard. This is a true track day tool. Focused. Committed. Taking our experience gained on track and road with the outgoing bike and combining the latest developments in engineering technology and thinking, we re giving you an even faster, better handling, easier riding bike. The result is a bike which is 1kg (2.2lb) lighter than the old model with a new triple motor that delivers even more power all the way through to 14,400 rpm redline. The new frame geometry, mass centralisation and race-derived Öhlins suspension enables razor sharp handling and confidence-inspiring feedback. Add Brembo brakes, a quickshifter, carbon trim and some subtle styling details and you know you re riding a true thoroughbred motorcycle. Features May Include: Construction The 2015 Daytona 675Rs engine is now even more focussed. We ve built it with a new shorter stroke and wider bore dimensions for even more useable power and acceleration. The cylinder block is now cast separately from the upper crankcase to cope with higher pressures, more torque and more power. Internals With twin injectors per cylinder the new Daytona can draw more fuel quicker when you open the throttle fully and demand more from the engine. A first for a production Triumph, we have now fitted substantially lighter titanium valves to cope better with the higher revs. This also means lighter valve springs can be used, reducing valve train wear and friction. Sound We enlarged the through-airflow headstock so that the intake mouth is positioned in the highest pressure zone centrally at the front of the bike. Improving flow efficiency, so that air passes in a straight line through the centre of the headstock to the airbox. Performance The overall theme for this bike is more torque, better acceleration and more useable power. One of the main contributors to this is the improved bore and stroke. We built the latest Daytona 675R with a shorter stroke allowing us to set a 500rpm higher rev ceiling at 14,500 and we increased power to 128PS and maximum torque to 75Nm. So the new engine now gives you higher power for longer. Wringing even more performance out of the bike as well bringing more of the rider out of you. Frame The new Daytona 675R frame is made from eight castings. That means fewer welds and a lighter construction with no loss of strength or stiffness for a more focussed ride. Suspension We fitted the 675R with Öhlins NIX30 forks for reduced friction, finer damping control and a wider range of adjustability compared with the standard equipment. Swingarm The 2015 Daytona's new rigid aluminium swingarm is designed asymmetrically to make room for the improved exhaust system. You

2014 Triumph America LT, 2014 Triumph America LT From a cross-town hop to an intercontinental tour, the America LT will take you there in style. Based on the engine, chassis and legendary styling of our America, the LT adds a layer of touring capability and an enviable range of factory fitted extras designed to make those longer distances a breeze. All the while maintaining the traditional deep chrome and polished detailing demanded of a classic cruiser, of course. Standard Features May Include: Engine Built to be ridden, not just to look good. The America s 865cc parallel-twin puts out a healthy 61PS with strong torque at low revs, peaking at 72Nm at just 3300rpm. Ideal for urban cruising at low revs but with enough muscle for serious long distances at motorway speeds, even with a passenger or luggage on board. This vertical twin is a true original. Drawing on our heritage from fifties and sixties parallel twins and coupling that with modern technology and build standards, the engine in the America has a laid-back riding character that s unique to the cruiser world. Straight away people notice the America s unmistakably British style. Its pair of cylinders stand upright and proud and make a powerful statement. And, being air-cooled there s no radiator to spoil the view. Suspension With forks raked out at a shallow angle and feature polished shrouding and silver legs that match the chrome springs and covers of the laid-down, twin rear shocks. The America s suspension works hard to provide laid-back comfort and road feedback in true cruiser style. Handling Long, low and stable like a cruiser should be. Everything about the America s chassis is focussed on balance and we ve matched each component carefully to maintain that steady, intuitive feel. As a result, it s agile enough for an exciting ride when the road gets interesting and is more capable through the corners than most of its rivals. It s so well-balanced that it is ideal for inexperienced riders as well as a satisfying cruise for those with a lot of miles behind them. Brakes Never too sharp or intimidating, braking is looked after by single discs front and rear to provide plenty of stopping force, whilst maintaining the overall balance of the chassis so every moment of your ride is confident and controlled. Wheels and Tires The cast aluminium wheels are small in diameter. 16 and 15 inches front and rear and fitted with chunky, deep sidewall tires for a classic cruiser look and a more comfortable cushioned ride. Seat Height A seat height of just 690mm makes the America easy to control when gliding through traffic or parking. In fact, the set-up suits many riders that find other bikes too tall. Whatever your height though,

2015 Triumph Scrambler Standard, 2015 Triumph Scrambler In the 1960s, far from civilisation and regular roads, stripped down desert bikes based on Triumph twins and fitted with high level exhausts, dirt bike tyres and suspension were being used for hard recreational fun and competition on tough terrain. The Scrambler takes its inspiration from these very bikes. They were highly competitive and most famously were used by Hollywood superstar Steve McQueen for pleasure and in full competition. Including the 1964 International Six Day Trial (ISDT) in East Germany. We built the Scrambler to evoke that spirit of freedom and escape, carefree times when all you needed was a bike and somewhere to ride. Features May Include: The Look Lean and basic, just as the originals were, the Scrambler reflects the look of 1960s Triumph twins, converted by their owners for off-road riding in deserts and open scrubland where the power of the engines could be used to the full. With its cut down mudguards and black engine finish, the Scrambler has a classic, rebellious style that is loved by so many riders. Engine Based on our Bonneville the Scrambler's engine is the classically styled parallel twin, as handsome as those 1960s originals, fitted into a tubular steel cradle frame, just as it should be. Exhaust High level twin chromed stainless steel exhaust pipes and evocative heat shields are inspired by the 1960s Triumph TR6C Trophy Special. Wheels The wheels are wire-spoke with black rims and hubs and wear dual-purpose tyres. The front is 19 inches in diameter to give that authentic off-road look. Performance For the Scrambler we retuned the 865cc eight-valve engine to give you more torque at very low revs. It peaks at a strong 68Nm at 4750rpm but keeps producing useful thrust much lower than that, with 90 per cent of its torque on tap from as low as 2500rpm. The power maximum is 59PS, enough for you to get up to all kinds of fun. Configuration Powered by a special version of our twin-cylinder Bonneville engine, the Scrambler is air-cooled and styled like the 1960s originals yet quietly bristling with 21st century technology to ensure it's efficient, durable and easy to use. Frame With the exhausts lifted high out of the way it's possible to see the traditional tubular steel, twin cradle frame in all its glory. Classically styled but strong enough to meet modern handling expectations. The engine is bolted in to lend its own stiffness to the frame which creates a ride that s light, predictable and completely engaging. Suspension The pair of chromed shocks we put at the back look classic on the outside but are modern inside. Giving you balanced and effective damping for comfort and controlled handling. And the front forks wear traditional rubber bellows to p

Model Speedmaster Standard

2015 Triumph Speedmaster Standard, 2015 Triumph Speedmaster Long, low, blacked out and mean, the Speedmaster echoes the hot-rod cruiser theme but adds a very British spin with some classic Triumph parallel twin power. Built to be an engaging entry level bike that's also ideal for riders moving to their first big bike the Speedmaster has the zest and handling to keep experienced riders happy too. Everything about it is laid back and easy. The low rider look is a classic one reflecting the style of homebuilt hot-rods on both sides of the Atlantic. But the soul of any bike is its engine. And that s where the Speedmaster stands out even more, with an air-cooled twin that is steeped in our long and colourful heritage. All this means you have a highly capable motorcycle that has a great feel and delivers satisfying performance every single day. That s what makes it such good value for money. Features May Include: The Look The look of the Speedmaster is dominated by the 19 cast aluminium front wheel with single disc brake and skinny tyre, giving a classic chopped hot-rod look. Emphasising the Speedmaster s resolutely dark attitude even further a whole host of components from wheels to bars and headlights to foot controls get the black treatment for 2015. Machined detailing on the engine barrel block and cylinder head cooling fins add a subtle counterpoint. Engine We decided on a mix of blacked out and chrome components to give the Speedmaster a purposeful, moody look. Especially for the black-finish engine with its machined cooling fin edges, which now run the full length of the cylinders. Wheels Tyres and Mudguards We added the skinny 19inch cast front wheel to complement the fat rear tyre on its 15inch rim and enhanced each by the cut down mudguards. Performance The output peaks at a muscular 61PS and there's strong torque from low in the rev range, with a maximum of 53lb.ft at just 3300rpm. To you that means plenty of thrust at a flick of the wrist without needing to resort to the slick gear change. Parallel Twin The Speedmaster's parallel twin is such a refreshing change with its roots in the very engines that brought us to the forefront of motorcycling during the 1950s and 1960s - the golden era of British twins. Still very much a classic-looking Triumph engine, we have built it using modern Triumph technology, cleverly hiding it behind that traditional exterior. Configuration The engine feels great thanks to the 270 degree crankshaft design which results in a lazy, uneven beat from the mellow exhaust note to match the easy pull of the motor. We ve made sure that vibration levels are just enough to let you know there's an engine working hard beneath you but without intruding on your general ride or comfort. Fuel Ef
