We added double overhead camshafts and a crankshaft with 270 degree firing intervals, to give you an engine with authentic cruiser character. Belt Drive We gave the Commander a belt final drive for low maintenance and long life. Performance Powered by a pair of saucer-sized forged pistons, the 1699cc eight-valve, DOHC engine s uneven 270° firing interval and long-stroke design produces a potent 94PS (93bhp) at 5400rpm and a huge 151Nm (111 lb.ft) of torque at a lowly 3550rpm, giving the Commander bags of twin-cylinder character. Transmission Developed and refined by our engineers so that the Commander gives you performance through a seamless, snatch-free transmission. Model Thruxton Standard

2015 Triumph Thruxton Standard, 2015 Triumph Thruxton The Thruxton is born of the café racer culture that dominated motorcycling in the 1960s. Back then, British twins, usually Bonneville engines, were used to form the basis of home built bikes. Used to race from one café to another, they featured extensive modifications such as dropped bars, single seats and upswept exhausts. To this day, we ve kept many of these styling cues for the modern Thruxton. Named after the high speed British circuit where Triumph enjoyed great success in production racing, it follows in the tyre tracks of the legendary 1960s Thruxton T120R. And just like those café racers of the 60s, the modern Thruxton is Bonneville based but nowadays, our engineers have made sure it rides like a modern Triumph twin. So it s dependable enough for everyday use, easy and fun to ride yet still evokes the classic café racer look. Features May Include: Bodywork We created a style for the Thruxton that echoes the 1960s café racers. Back then, machines were modified by their owners for higher speeds and sharper handling. We used classic 1960s paint schemes with period sports stripes and fitted a typical single-seat, or so it looks thanks to the rear cover. In actual fact a passenger can enjoy the ride on a Thruxton too. Handlebars Low and narrow 'Ace' handlebars, named after London's famous Ace Café, with classic bar-end mirrors sit behind a colour-coded flyscreen. Instruments Twin instrument pods sitting high on their top yoke mounting position. Engine You get the same iconic, air-cooled parallel twin that sits proudly at the heart of the Bonneville. Setting the 60s style for the entire bike. The engine and transmission has been engineered with the look of the classic Triumph twins in mind. Even the fuel injection has been moulded so you get the appearance of a pair of carburettors. And there are double overhead camshafts despite what looks like a pushrod tube at the front of the engine, just like the café racers of the 60s used to have. Performance The café racers were built to perform, not just to look good. Configuration The basic format is the same as the current Bonneville, with 360 degree firing intervals, double overhead cams, eight valves, twin balance shafts and fuel injection. So you know it's a thoroughly modern engine that, despite its convincing old-school looks, easily meeting Triumph s high standard of reliability, durability and efficiency. Sound It's the sound and feel of the engine that matters, from the thumping thrust of the generous low rev torque to the eager high revs and the purring, even exhaust note. So distinctive to the parallel twin. Frame All of our ext

Let me begin by saying I LOVE this bike, and if you're looking at this you probably have an idea why. I wont bore you with how great the specs are, you can find them anywhere. This is a unique motorcycle that will set you apart from the rest of the 600 class super sports. People are always shocked to see that Triumph makes such a stunning sport bike. History: I'm the second owner of this bike. I purchased it a year ago from a guy moving away and needing to buy a house. Since then I've put about 7k miles on it. Services performed include; break-in, warranty work to fix an oil leak common to this bike, 6k mile service. All were performed by licenced Triumph dealers and I have the records to back it up. Regular oil changes and chain maintenance. New Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa sp v2 with less than 200 miles on them. Front brake pads changed about 2k miles ago. Tasteful modifications: Evotech fender eliminator Gregg Customs flush-mount LED side turn signals CRG shorty adjustable levers GB Racing FIM approved engine covers Triumph OEM frame sliders Servo Buddy (to fix a common exup valve problem) R&G rear axle sliders This bike has been ridden so isn't showroom perfect. There is some cosmetic damage; the fairings have some minor scratches, the exhaust has a small scratch from a stand-still drop from the previous owner. That being said this is still a beautiful bike and it won't disappoint. Reason for selling: I've decided to move towards a dedicated track bike. As track ready as this thing is, I can't stand the thought of wrecking it. Asking $9000, very reasonable price for this model. Come take a look! I welcome test rides with the standard cash in hand and M1. Email me with your contact info and I'll be in touch.

But don t be fooled by the air-cooling fins. Because inside is a modern, high-performance, water-cooled power plant with sophisticated electronic fuel injection and engine management, built with Triumph s cutting-edge quality and durability. Configuration With forged pistons the size of saucers, the Thunderbird's 1597cc, Thunderbird Storm, Commander and Thunderbird LT s 1699cc, eight-valve, water-cooled parallel twin is engineered with a 270° firing interval for a chunky, charismatic power delivery. Twin balance shafts soothe low frequency vibes, allowing the Thunderbird s pulsating torque to be felt across the rev range. Performance At a colossal 1699cc, the world s largest parallel twin engine powering the Triumph Thunderbird Commander and Thunderbird LT packs a mighty big punch, pounding out a remarkable 94PS and truly staggering 151Nm at 3550rpm. This barn-storming low down performance makes it the perfect engine for anything from effortlessly relaxed cruising across entire continents on the Thunderbird LT to cutting a domineering dash along today s roads on the Thunderbird Commander. But with phenomenal overtaking power always on tap whichever gear you re in, your Thunderbird is never found wanting. The 1597cc Triumph Thunderbird motor thumps out a fulsome 86PS, but the real story is a whopping 146Nm of peak torque at a mere 2750rpm. Meanwhile the 1699cc Thunderbird Storm engine raises the bar even higher to 98PS and a simply colossal 156Nm of torque. It means both Thunderbird and Thunderbird Storm s low down power deliveries are specifically engineered to suit their chilled-out cruising vibe, but both bikes also come fully armed with serious performance under the tank to lay down the law when action is called for. 2016 Triumph Bonneville T100, 2016 Triumph Bonneville T100 We took the most famous name in motorcycling and gave it some extra 60s style. Still distinctly a Bonneville with its smooth pulling, fuel injected 865cc parallel twin. We ve added some visual tweaks like twin peashooter exhausts, chrome engine covers, black instrument surround with tacho, a Triumph logo on the seat, two-tone paint, spoked wheels and fork gaiters. So, it still looks, sounds and feels like a proper motorcycle should. And it still connects you to over 50 years of heritage but is built with everything that comes with modern engineering too. Features may include: Bodywork Two tone paint work complete with hand painted coach lines adorn the T100. Engine The iconic, air-cooled parallel twin sits proudly at the heart of the Bonneville T100. Setting the style for the entire bike. Exhaust Twin peashooter exhaust pipes give this bike extra 60s style. Wheels Classic spoke wheels for great looks and easy handling. Seat Different in style from the standard Bonneville, we ve created the 60s look with smooth topped seat with white piping. Performance From day one Bonnevilles have been built to be ridden, not just to look good. Today, this 865cc parallel twin puts out a healthy 68PS with 68Nm of torque at its peak, with plenty available at low revs so you get most use out of it. The fuelling is controlled by a sophisticated management computer programmed for clean emissions and a smooth, predictable throttle response. So there s enough performance to be fun for experienced riders but not so much that will intimidate riders with fewer miles behind them. Configuration A pair of cylinders still stand upright and proud at the heart of the Bonneville T100. With a wide bore and short stroke that adds up to 865cc for high levels of efficiency and low wear, with four valves per cylinder for the best breathing and power. There are balance shafts tucked away inside the crankcase so you ll notice very little vibration for a parallel twin and, being air cooled, there s no radiator to spoil the view. Frame All of our extensive chassis experience and technology has gone into the Bonneville T100 s simple tubular steel construction. Providing easy, neutral steering and exceptional balance even at low speeds. Suspension Looking good whilst working hard isn t easy. But the 1960s style twin shocks fitted at the back come with a chrome finish and modern damping internals. As do the traditional-looking forks. And that makes the ride of your Bonneville T100 smooth and controlled, even on bumpy roads and cornering at speed. Brakes We ve given the T100 a single disc brake at the front for a strong, progressive feel and a second disc for the rear for plenty of stopping force whilst maintaining the overall balance o
