1975 TM 400 Original condition, not restored/ not raced. Ridden only a few times, stored inside and covered for 40 years! Runs good, shifts smooth. Rubber parts still pliable. Oil pump strong (CCI). Some frame rust, inside of gas tank is rusted. No rust on forks! Parts missing; Front number plate, chrome handle bars, one only chrome handle mount bolt. That's it! Of course the air filter was bad. Stock fenders need paint, in 75 the plastic was white with yellow paint. New ignition cover ordered, will be on bike.CA DMV PINK SLIP in hand.
Suzuki TM400 believe its a 1974 not sure though. Engine has been rebuilt with a fresh bore and piston, the tab with the engine # has been partially broken off see pics. has new tires recovered seat, new marzochi shocks, i think the pipe is a nos jemco. tank was repianted but developed rust inside and a small leak and was cleaned out and coated with caswell expoy coating, also new petcock, there are some blemishes in the paint. lots of nos parts. It runs well but it is a bear to start, hard to kick this monster over. Its been a couple of years since it was run.The oil injection system is intact and functioning. comes with some extra parts, ask any questions you may have or come see it in person. Will assist with your shipper sold as is where is.
