I am selling my 1986 Suzuki Savage for $1400 OBO. I used it as a commuter while I was in between cars and am selling it before I go home to Idaho in a few weeks. Starts 100% of the time. I have ridden this bike as my sole transportation daily for months, and it has always started and ran strong in the rain, early morning 40 degree temperatures, you name it. I've commuted on it 5-7 days a week and it has been as reliable as you can imagine. Parts are cheap, the bike is incredibly easy to work on, and I'm sad to see it go. I replaced the broken stock petcock with a vacuumless one when I bought the bike. Cleaned the gas tank and changed the oil. Issues: The front brake pads are thin and need replacement, I have the parts ordered. The tires are also in need of replacement, and I have two Dunlop tires sitting in my living room that I planned on installing for the rainy season before I decided to go to Idaho. I am selling the bike AS IS for $1400 OBO, but this includes a cover, the two brand new tires, and the brand new brake pads. If you're interested in negotiating installation, I can definitely work with you. The owner before me took great care of it and kept it garaged, he used it as a commuter and to teach his girlfriend how to ride. The owner before him kept it garaged for 10+ years, hence the low mileage. I have never dropped or damaged the bike, and I cover it every night. There is minor cosmetic damage in some weird places (top of gas tank is dented) but no performance issues. Make an offer!

I have a 2011 DL650a. 18000 miles. I have taken really good care of this moto. Regular oil changes and valve adjustments. I wash it regularly and rode it daily for about a year. I am selling to free up money for a VW Bus restoration. I added AltRider crash bars and have a smaller Givi top box. Top box holds just enough stuff and I can cut traffic like crazy. This bike hauls ***. I also have the Suzuki repair book. Its very helpful and also has the maintenance schedule. I also have a motorcycle cover and some chain lube. I have a different rear tire (Michelin Pilot Road 4) that is almost new. It grips the road much better than the stock one. I put this on because I never ride on the dirt. Two cosmetic issues. The left side of the crash bar is scratched from going down while parked. We all do it at some point.... The other is the brake lever end has come off. I was putting a keg on the back and it fell over. I have a picture with the keg on it. Total animal of a machine, come ride with a license or cash or both.

Clean title, excellent condition. Has a few mods installed: Yoshimura slip on exhaust, tail tidy, ZeroGravity double bubble windscreen. Almost new Pirelli Angel GT tires (both front and rear) with only about a 1000 miles on them. I got the bike when it had 2000 miles on the clock, serviced it at Hayasa Motorbikes (oil and filter change, brake fluid flush, a general lookover and a tune up, new tires, new battery) and have put about 2400 miles on it in a year, the bike needs nothing, it is also registered through August 2017. I have both keys, service records, owner's manual and the title in hand. It is the cleanest and greatest looking SV you will find anywhere, and it rides very well. No trades.

This lovely 2011 Suzuki V-Strom 650 ABS has ~15250 miles and is in excellent condition. Driven monthly, never dropped and no scuffs or scratches, always stored inside. This is a great, versatile, beautiful bike in great condition. Commute in style or take to the ends of the earth, it's your call. It's got everything it needs and is ready to go for any road or fire trail adventure. I've ridden SF to Ushuaia and the only changes I'd make for something more serious are adding knobbier tires and adding a skid plate. Oil changed about a year ago so probably due for that, but I just paid for vehicle registration (like right now) so you don't have to pay it until next July.
