It runs with a little starter fluid and drives but doesn't stay running for long usually about 15 minutes of riding and its done. I changed the oil, spark plugs, clutch cable, battery, fuel and oil filter and headlight bulb. Its going to need a new fuel petcock and the tank is rusty. The turn signal lights are touchy they work sometimes. If you would like more pictures let me know.

For sale is an extremely powerful Suzuki GS1000. This thing can absolutely fly! 21,673 miles If you're looking for that vintage cafe racer type bike with lots of power, then this is the motorcycle for you! It was the fastest bike in the world in its day, and it still flies! I'm selling because I am moving out of state and won't be able to take the bike with me. It has multiple upgrades: -Vance and Hines 4 into 1 pro exhaust -Flat cafe racer style handle bars -Pingel Petcock -Solid State Power box - these older bikes did have some electrical quirks and the new solid state power box really helps -the old air box is upgraded to four air filter pods - new high power front headlight shines almost as bright as a car's headlights Currently the bike is not running. It will need someone who knows a bit about motorcycles to get her tuned up. A few fairly simple fixes I just don't know how to do and this thing is road ready. -tires are in decent condition, but will likely need replaced in a few thousand miles - the battery needs replacing - the front brakes need replacing - the carbs and timing need adjusting - the tachometer and speedometer work occasionally so the cable probably needs replaced
