2002 Suzuki SV650S. Extremely low miles for a 15 year bike. This model is very well sought after as an entry to mid level track bike. It is a nimble, light weight bike equipped with a water-cooled V-twin engine, 6 speed gear box, and triple disc brakes. 2002 was the last year of the of the carburetor fed fuel system, making tuning easy. The only mod is the addition of an "M4" exhaust can. It is also equipped with two nearly new Michelin Pilot Road 4's. This bike has had a low side slide on the left side, before I owned it. The damage is minor and basically paint work on the left lower and upper fairing. None of this will matter if you plan on using it as a track bike. The low mileage and overall solid mechanical condition is what makes this bike such a great find. You will be hard pressed to find one with miles this low and in the condition this one is. Being an "S" model also makes it a great track bike. For those not familiar, the S model comes with a partial fairing and clip-on style bars, both of which make it better suited for the speeds found on race tracks. I was going to use it as a track bike myself, but won't have the time for track days, after all. I'm willing to let her go to a new home for $2000. I am selling my 2008 GSX650F as I just do not have the time to ride anymore. The bike is in really good condition and has been properly maintained. It has spent most of it's time on the highway or in a garage. It has mostly highway miles as I often used it for road trips. Very smooth and comfortable ride even with a passenger, which is rare for a sport bike. Paint looks great, but does have a few small rock chips and scuffs.What it comes with: 1) 2 HJC Helmets in great shape. One is blue and white and matches the bike. It also has built in sunglasses. 2) 1 Joe Rocket Riding Jacket with removable inner liner. In like new condition.3) The bike has a large model windshield on it currently that really makes highway riding more comfortable. Comes with original smaller windshield also. 4) A Service stand for those who would like to do their own services and chain cleaning. 5) A full set of black Cortek Saddle bags. 2 side bags and on that that rides on the seat. 6) New battery.
