** NEW PRICING ** Lovely one family-owned 1950 Riley RMB (2-1/2-liter) acquired from Marley Motors of Warwick RI in 1952 with just 9K miles. Used as daily transportation by a Boston area family then placed in dry storage in 1956. In 1971, the vehicle was subject to a full mechanical rebuild including engine, fuel system and brakes. Used sparingly until having a bare-metal respray, new top and door panels, headliner and carpets in 1975. Rod bearings replaced with shells in 1979. Driven regularly and always well maintained, stored in 2010 then returned to the road this month with renewed registration and inspection sticker. Superb running engine with plenty of smooth long-stroke power. 40-year old paint shows well with customary nicks and a few areas of crazing. Just the right patina to the original leather seats. Bluemels Brooklands steering wheel with custom hub. Rare mechanical tachometer. Club SS exhaust system. Supplementary electrical cooling fan, seat belts and turn signals. Excellent Avon Turbospeed 600x16 tires. Numerous spares including new Pertronix electronic ignition conversion, pair of new LeMans headlamps, grille shell, Butler pass lamp parts, car cover. Also Owner's/Workshop/Spare Parts manuals, receipts dating back to 1952 and original sales literature.
