Up for sale is this 1974 Puch 125 MX. No Title. This bike runs great, kick starts within 2-3 kicks, and runs strong.I have ridden it but due to the clutch not disengage completely, rolling starts are needed.It is being sold, as is where is. I am not really interested in shipping this bike.I do not have the heart to part it out knowing that these bikes are rare, and were great bikes. I have the belief that the glass is half full on this bike and would prefer it to go to someone who would restore it.I have other interests so this is languishing in that barn and its time for it to go.Thanks for looking.

Up for sale is a nice barn find I've been sitting on for years. Its a 1979 all original Puch Magnum MKII moped that was running when stored back in 1985. Motor still turns over freely but the gas tank has rust inside, not all the way through, its fixable! Carb will need to be cleaned. This Puch moped is complete with all its parts as pictured, its in great shape right down to the tires. I can ship at the buyers expense only, otherwise it can be picked up at my shop.. Thanks for checking out my 1977 Puch Maxi. I bought this about a year ago from a gentleman in Boston for my wife. She has since changed her mind about riding a moped. Shame. It's a nice piece. We grew up with these and they are gaining popularity again recently. I had it thoroughly tuned up and maintained by Second Stroke Mopeds in Brooklyn. New spark plug, fuel petcock, tune up, new gas tank liner, fuel line, etc. It runs really good. Gets up to about 30mph, although it seems like it likes warm weather better. This is the upgraded 2hp model. As is. No title included as in MA they're not necessary, however I hear they're easy enough to get. Seller responsible for pickup, although if you're within say 50 miles I'll bring it to you for a coupla bucks. Selling it for what I paid, although I'm flexible as I need it gone. Lowballers will be beaten unmercifully :-) As this is for sale locally I reserve the right to end auction early. Thanks!

THIS IS A 1948 PUCH FRAME WITH A MUSTANG ENGINE (1940'S-1950'S)AND BURMAN 3 SPEED TRANS (BURMAN TRANS CAME WITH MUSTANG ENGINES) RARE 1948 Steyr-Daimler-Puch Graz Motorcycle FRAME. MUSTANG ENGINE HAS BURMAN TRANS WHICH GENERALLY CAME WITH THE MUSTANG'S. I AM RESEARCHING THE YEAR OF THE ENGINE. Motor runs, we had it running one and a half year ago, tranny does not work. This would make an awesome restoration project. Johann Puch first produced bicycles in 1889 in a small workshop called "Fahrradfabrikation Strauchergasse 18 a" in Graz. In 1928 the company merged with Austro-Daimler and became a part of the new Austro-Daimler-Puchwerke. This company in its turn merged in 1934 with Steyr AG to form Steyr-Daimler-Puch. Like all enterprises of its kind, the Puch production plants had to change to arms production during World War II. During the period immediately after the war, late 1945 to 1947, the factory was requisitioned and run by the British Army (R.E.M.E.) In 1949, an assembly cooperation agreement was signed with Fiat in Turin. The 1950s to the mid-1970s saw a sharp increase in production of motorcycles, bicycles and mopeds. Even though Puch was a part of Steyr-Daimler-Puch, it still manufactured products under its own name, as well as for Steyr-Puch and other companies. Puch gave up racing in the 1950s and split-single production ended around 1970 The Mustang was a lightweight motorcycle built by Gladden Products Corporation in Glendale, California, from 1946 to 1965.
