1987 PULSE AUTOCYCLE for SALE - PRICE $11,500.- The Pulse autocycle was designed by aircraft designer Jim Bede. THIS PULSE IS IN OVERALL GOOD CONDITION THRU OUT. BODY TAIL SECTION, ETC. THE INTERIOR SEATS front FAIR and rear GOOD . IT IS BEING SOLD AS IS. Would not take a lot to restore this unit fully. This model is Powered by a Honda 1000 Motorcycle Engine. This Autocycle is number 271 of 350 Autocycles manufactured. According to autocycle.org documents it sold for $20,000 in 5/2007 . They are extremely hard to find and only have increased in rarity and value. LICENSED AS A MOTORCYCLE. VERY RARE FIND, THIS ONE DOES HAVE THE REAR TAIL SECTION , harder to find. It does have the front flip up light on the nose. I can take more pictures if necessary. There were about 347 of these made between 1985 and 1990 in Owosso Michigan by the Owosso Motor Car Company. The first 21 were called Litestars and then the name changed to Pulse. A Pulse is a motorcycle. It rides on 2 main wheels and has 2 outrigger wheels (one on each side). It is classified in most states as a 3 wheel motorcycle. It has a 123" wheelbase and an overall length of 192" X 76" width X 54" height and weighs about 1000 lbs. The Pulse autocycle was designed by aircraft designer Jim Bede. Brief description: The PULSE is a "GCRV", or Ground Cruising Recreational Vehicle. This new term appropriately describes the PULSE because the vehicle has the performance and acceleration of a motorcycle engineered into a comfortable weatherproof vehicle with many of the attributes of an automobile. An alternate term for the PULSE is an "autocycle".Its body resembles a high performance jet aircraft, yet drives like a sports car. The exceptionally long wheel base provides unmatched stability and driving comfort for a vehicle of its weight, class and fuel economy. It seats two (tandem) and has almost six (6) cubic feet of storage space.The PULSE has been designed to provide dependable, safe & economical transportation in a brand new form of fun machine. The Pulse has driving controls like those in an automobile with a manual transmission.Slide back the canopy and settle into the comfortable cockpit of the PULSE. The full instrumentation is neatly arranged, oil light and temperature gauges & tachometer. 1996 Other Other , 36' gooseneck trailer has AC, double fold up doors on side and walk door on other side, has generator and awnings on both sides of trailer. This was used as a merchandise trailer for a racing series but a friend told me I should list it here because it would be awesome for a Dirtbike team or quad racers since you could open the side doors and put out the awnings and work off the side of your trailer instead of the rear.
