This is a super nice all original very low hour Honda CR 250. I purchased to completely restore and add to my vintage collection, however I have other projects I wish to pursue at this time. I really hate to let this one go, however I need the space in my garage... I purchased this bike from the original owner, I DO have the clear Texas title. Bike was ridden mostly in a field or pastures on family land, this bike was not raced or ridden hard. Everything is completely stock. The bike scared the owner which is why it never got used that much. I will try my absolute best to describe the bike: It is all stock, no parts have been removed or replaced. It was stored inside its entire life, there is no rust of corrosion present on this motorcycle. Since I have owned the bike, all I have done is cleaned the carb, started it, and ran it a few times behind my house. The bike starts and runs great. This bike is super super clean!!!! If someone was looking for one to restore, this one would be the one. It would take minimal work to get this one looking like a brand new one in no time. Items that indicate how low hour this bike is: Seat has nearly no wear and is still very firm. Rads are not bent. Springs in foot pegs and shifter toe are still very firm. Suspension still feels tight like anew one. Linkage has not slack or popping. Wheels are not bent, warped or scratched. The radiators are straight, all the aluminum looks great. Things I have noticed that would need attention: Missing Chain slider (swing arm is not scratched from chain) Chain Roller missing. Bars seem bent slightly. Levers are bent. Subframe is slightly whomper jawed, could be straightened easily, does not need to be replaced. The tank got nasty from sitting, there are cracks which I sealed with red silicone just to simply ride it around.
