This 850 Commando was actually found in a barn and purchased after some initial restoration from a collector in Buchanan, VA by me. I have been working at making it street simple and have completed many improvements over the years. Electronic ignition and a single Mikuni carburetor were added as well as turn signal lights. The tank was repainted and the inner layer creamed. A lot of the original parts are in my possession as well as the hardcover shop manual and service records.

Complete top end with .020 overbore new Amal 930 carbs new Avon tires new throttle cable. New exhaust system and exhaust nuts . new Amal grips and levers. New kick start. New shifter. And it has an led headlight conversion it draws much less power and is much brighter. It doesn't leak which is great for an old Brit bike all these items have been done and only have about 300 miles on them
