2013 BMW F 700 GS

I am selling this bike for my wife. We are the second owners of this bike; we purchased it four years ago from Capital BMW in North Carolina. The bike had only 100 miles on it when we took delivery. As the story goes, the original owner was a woman who bought the bike to ride with her boyfriend. They broke up soon afterward and the bike sat in her garage. She subsequently sold it back to the dealer with 100 miles on it. The dealer replaced all of the fluids and battery before we took bought it. This is the final year of the F650GS single manufactured by BMW in Germany. After 2007 the G650GS single no longer has the quality Rotax-built engine and is no longer German-built (made in India, I think). Anyway, suffice it to say that this is the final model year of the preferred, German-built F650GS and you will not likely find one with fewer miles or in better condition than this one. The bike has been extremely reliable and a great machine but my wife recently stepped up to a larger bike. So, this one needs to go. The bike is specifically set up for a shorter rider; it has a 2" lowering link by Kouba and a stepped low Sargent seat bringing the seat height down to about 29 inches. The lowering link can be easily removed and the bike restored to standard height in about 15 minutes. The sidestand was professionally shortened for this lowering modification but I'm willing to throw in a new stock sidestand, if neccessary. The bike has been loved, regularly maintained and always garaged. Used 2015 Kx450F. Brought brand new from Atlantic Cycle in White Plains, MD for sticker price. Never seen a track, only woods riding. Never got around to adding a hour meter, however as rare as I take the bike out I imagine it has less than 20 hours tops. Has usual scraps here and there, nothing major at all. New plastics and this would be a brand new bike. Selling as I never get a chance to take it out anymore. NADA suggested retail price is 6,300$, I feel like 5,600$ is a more than fair price. 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 1000, A Great sport tourer and all the good stuff is included. Maintenance is up to date. About 228XX miles. Most miles have been from commuting with a few longish day rides. Currently up for sale is my '05 Gixxer 1000. I'm going back to college to finish my B.S. degree and I could use the extra money so I'm selling it. I am the second owner. It's a great bike. It runs strong and smooth. I've been riding it almost everywhere since I got it. The bike has never been laid down, however, it was dropped by the previous owner. There were frame sliders on the bike when it was dropped, so no cosmetic damage occurred. The bike is pretty much in Like New condition. It's immaculate with no damage practically anywhere. It's very clean and good looking. Currently it's got 24,943 miles on it, but that will continue to go up slightly as I continue to ride it to work and back. There is also a RamMount in the stem of the triple tree. It holds an iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5s, and 6 as well as the Samsung Galaxy S3, S4, and S5. I used it for GPS while riding.
