These cycles were sold as a kit that you had to put together. I bought this one off a friend that said he was going to scrap it and I rebuilt it and it runs real good. I stripped it down completely and sand blasted the frame and repainted it, sent the handle bars, lower front shock ends, the fenders, and the snow ski out to be chrome plated. I put new tires on it and have the old ones that you can have with the cycle. I don't have a title but will give you a bill of sale as I don't think they issued titles with the kits. I'm not sure as to the date of the cycle as the person I contacted where it was made said that all the records have been destroyed.
