I took care of all maintenance at or just before Kawasaki's recommended intervals. Oil changes about every 3k. Spark Plugs, brake fluid, clutch fluid, coolant all changed multiple tims. This 1980 BMW R65 (Boxer - shaft drive) is in excellent mechanical & cosmetic condition, with clear title, very low mileage, original owner’s manual and complete mint tool kit, perfect seat, excellent original chrome and paint; new shocks, battery, starter & front brakes. Neutral light switch needs replacement (a new one is included). The tires and rims are in excellent condition (lots of tread). Both the tachometer and speedometer work perfectly; however, the odometer now works intermittently. Estimate the mileage now to be around 15,000. 2007 Dyna Wide Glide, Custom built last year. This is a really cool bike, very different look. Everything has been done with high quality parts (no cheap after market parts). I spent way too much money building this bike, but I'm very OCD and wanted everything just right. The bike is a etched raw steel finished with 5 coats of automotive clear done by a professional body shop, the pics do not do it justice. There is absolutely no issues with this bike it runs like a demon, rides very comfortable and turns a lot of heads. Its won a few trophies at some shows at bike rallies I've taken it too. The bike is equipped with Worx polished aluminum air shocks, a passenger pad and rear foot pegs can be installed for a passenger if desired. I have road the bike 350 miles in a day and I wasn't hurting at the end of the ride. The reason for selling this bike is so I can finish another project I've started, I ride it a couple of times a week to keep the battery charged and everything lubed up good. Also it has never spent a night outside nor has it been rode on non paved roads or in the rain. I take excellent care of my stuff, this bike has been serviced without fault using all Harley Davidson products. Here is a short list of the major components done to the bike during the build. *DNA mammoth spoke rims with matching rotors *Paul Yaffee Skirt Blower exhaust *HD chrome swingarm *Drag Specialty Chrome front and rear brake calipers *Santee 10" rise straight up drag bars, HD chrome switch housings and master cylinder *LA Chopper braided stainless brake, clutch and throttle cables *103 big bore kit with Woods cams, engine has been mapped and dyno tuned *La Pera solo seat *All the engine bolts are Grade 8 polished stainless steel, new HD battery, new Screaming Eagle plugs and wires.
