Selling my 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 650r with 2,816 original miles. It's in excellent condition and has a clean title. I've modified the front of the bike for a more bare-bones look (a lot less plastic)... sort of a street-fighter look, I guess you could call it. I had a certified motorcycle mechanic install the headlight, LED turn signals, and 'sport bars' handlebars. The speedometer cluster has been remounted using custom sturdy aluminum mounts bolted to the studs that run into the triple tree. Though I haven't put a ton of miles on it, I really, really love this bike and it's very hard to see it go. I decided to buy a dual sport instead, though, and this has to go to help pay for it, unfortunately. I've read that this bike is a great beginner bike, but I've been riding for over 20 years and it's plenty fun for me. It's lightweight, has the perfect riding position in my opinion (with the sport bars), and it has great torque. I'm not the type to race or over-rev any bike, so torque is more important to me. One thing to mention is the partially cracked face of the speedometer. While I was working on the bike, with the speedometer detached and hanging down, I turned the wheel and it got caught beside the fork and "crack." Yeah, I'm not proud of that one. Otherwise, it still works perfectly. Cash only. I'd prefer the buyer to come pick it up. I'll help you load it. I need to have cash in-hand for test rides and you need to have a motorcycle endorsement or permit to ride please. Also, by responding to this ad and showing up, you agree to pay for any damages that may occur during the test ride should you wreck or drop the bike. The bike is in good cosmetic condition, no paint scuffs, scratches, dents.
