2008 KTM 690 , Alright here we go... I'm really regretting this, but i'm going to have to part ways with my bike. I bought it a little over a year ago with 5000mi. Currently it's got around 9k. I'm not necessarily needing to sell it at the moment (i will be in a few weeks). I don't have an asking price...shoot me some offers. I'd be willing to trade for another cheap supermoto. Moving to Denver in a month and need the cash; that's the only reason i'm selling. For some details: The bad: -Has had an issue with "false neutral" which is common for these bikes. I've installed a shift kit which has helped a ton. I've only gotten 1 false neutral in a few months (used to happen all the time between 5th and 6th). -Rear break is super squishy. Just started happening in the past two weeks. I'm thinkin it just needs to be bled. -A couple scratches here and there. The first owner looped it, got scared and sold it. There's evidence of it on the license plate holder (nonexistent now) and the top of the clutch reservoir. The plastics have a few nicks from trail riding. The Good: -Power Commander -Leo Vince Slip-On Exhaust (VERY loud..its awesome) -Factory Pro shift kit -Evo 1 tuning kit - Everything except the cam -Gold-on-gold chain (brand new) -Scott Steering Damper -Carbon Engine covers (both sides) -Michellin Pilot Powers (500-600mi on them so far) -Fork seals just replaced -Front pads brand new -Spoke skins (they add 20hp i swear) -The previous owner put on a new rear sprocket...not sure of the tooth count but its a few higher than factory. -All black plastics, but comes with original plastics minus the front left fender (i believe). Don't ask me why...That's what i was given. $6,300.00
