When the smoke clears, you'll be the last rider standing. The new KTM 250 XC-W is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world of Enduro, pummeling it's more complex 4-Stroke rivals. All muscle, no fat: this 2-stroke machine is as lean as it is powerful.
With enough power to excel on all sorts of tracks and terrain, combined with an extremely lightweight chassis, the 250 XC has one of the best power-to-weight ratios in it's class. The unrivalled performance of the lightweight 2-stroke engine makes it a true contender against the more complex 4-strokes.
Building on the updated 2017 250 SX-F, KTM's engineers have checked all of the boxes to make the 250 XC-F an off-road winner. A compact 250 cc DOHC engine provides more power throughout the entire range of power, while the new frame provides improved handling and energy absorption. The WP AER 48 Sir-sprung front fork is easy to adjust for different terrain and riders with the supplied air-pump and removes 3.1 pounds from the XC-F chassis. A new map switch also activates TRACTION CONTROL for enhanced control when the course becomes wet or slick. XC specific equipment such as the translucent polyethylene 2.25 gallon fuel tank, hand guards and an 18" rear wheel ensure that the 250 XC-F is unstoppable in off-road competition
