Front and rear disk brakes, 144cc four-stroke engine. Upgraded sprocket for more even power distribution across the gears. Raised handlebars, new grips, extra brakes, extra brakes and shifter levers, extra plastic included. Oil just changed, carburetor just ultrasonic cleaned. Bike was parked inside my apartment for the majority of the time. Bought the bike for my wife but she doesn't want it so I installed a Yoshimura R77 S-O exhaust and rode it to work for the time being. I am also in the military and might be PCSing to another duty station so it would not make sense to have my bike where I am going. 700+ miles on ODO. Hi, thanks for looking at my 2008 Kawasaki Versys 650. The bike is in absolute mint condition and has roughly 2,740 miles. It has always been adult owned, garage kept, on a battery tender and started on a regular basis. It is stock with the exception of the KMW badge on the front fairing and a rear hugger fender I added. I've had many streetbikes and this is by far my favorite all around bike. The Versys 650 was deservedly named Motorcyclist's Bike of the Year in 2008. As the name implies, it is versatile and makes for a great commuter bike or recreational runner. I'm only selling the bike to make space as I just don't have time to ride like I used to and the mileage reflects that. If you're interested in the bike, you will not be disappointed. This is a great ZX-10R that is in good shape and ready to ride. It has less than 2400 miles and has always been garaged. This model has the highly regarded Kawasaki ABS and traction control system. I'm the second owner and have only had it for about a year and a half. I'm only selling it for something a little more commuter-friendly. I bought it from a dealership in WV and have the paperwork from the purchase. The previous owner had a small low side that caused only minor scratches on the plastic and a bit of scuffing on the clutch cover. The bikes is still in great mechanical shape and the cosmetic damage isn't noticeable until you're up close. The dealership inspected the bike and assured there was never any mechanical damage.
