2012 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 4x4i, Coming soon!  2012 Kawasaki Brute Force® 650 4x4 Premium Performance, Economical Practicality Delivering the goods is an ATV s job. Delivering value and power is the job of the Brute Force® 650 4x4 ATV. Equipped with a well-balanced V-twin and a capable 4x4 system, this machine s many talents are offered for about the same price as a 500cc ATV, making it a preferred choice among riders who still want premium performance along with practicality. The Brute Force s 633cc V-twin engine puts out impressive torque and a smooth power delivery that set it apart from its competition. Dual 32mm Keihin carburetors draw air from an intake located high on the frame, reducing the amount of contaminants entering the intake. The robust engine is mated to the Kawasaki Automatic Powerdrive System (KAPS) continuously variable transmission (CVT). With low and high range, neutral and reverse, this dependable transmission functions seamlessly, providing excellent control for both low- and high-speed work or recreational riding. Additionally, the Brute Force 650 4x4 can be started in any gear, as long as one of the brakes is applied. Power is delivered to the wheels through dependable, low-maintenance shaft drive contained in a lightweight aluminum swingarm. The rider can select two- or four-wheel drive operation via a switch conveniently mounted on the right handle bar. In normal four-wheel drive mode, the front wheels provide extra traction for adverse terrain, while the limited-slip differential allows the rider to make tight turns and reduces steering effort. When maximum traction is needed, the rider can utilize Kawasaki s Variable Front Differential Control by pulling a lever on the left handlebar to send power to both front wheels. This is a definite advantage for riders encountering deep mud and slippery uphill trails or when traversing over large objects such as logs or rocks. The cutting-edge Brute Force 650 4x4 braking system design is a combination of dual front disc brakes with dual-piston calipers and Kawasaki s sealed, oil-bathed, multi-disc rear brake system. As an integrated part of the shaft drive, the rear braking system is sealed in the aluminum swingarm where it operates in an oil bath. This protects the brake from mud, dust and debris, and is virtually maintenance-free. Enhancing the high-performance brakes is the Kawasaki Engine Brake Control system, which electronically monitors ground speed and uses the engine s compression to help slow the Brute Force ATV under certain conditions.

2012 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 4x4i, 2012 Kawasaki Brute Force® 650 4x4i A Workhorse for Business and Fun Whether buzzing through the forest or tackling tough chores, the Brute Force® 650 4x4i ATV is a superior choice in the middleweight category. Its workhorse capabilities and independent front and rear suspension combine to ably handle work and play. All this is available in an economical package that will please budget-minded shoppers. Its 633cc 90-degree V-twin engine pumps out plenty of low-to-mid range torque and high rpm power, exactly what adventure enthusiasts and outdoor sportsmen demand. A fully automatic, dual-range continuously variable transmission transmits power to the ground. With low and high forward, reverse and neutral gears, this sturdy transmission supplies excellent control for both low- and high-speed riding. Two- or four-wheel drive is selectable by simply pressing a handlebar-mounted button. In four-wheel drive mode, the rider can manage the amount of power to both front wheels with Kawasaki s Variable Front Differential Control by pulling a small control lever on the left handlebar. This is a definite advantage for traversing deep mud, slippery uphill trails or large objects such as logs or rocks. Prudent use of aluminum in the construction of the front exhaust pipe cover, two-piece center exhaust pipe cover, and the muffler cover helps keep the weight down. Other features designed to enhance the Brute Force 650 4x4i s power-to-weight ratio include drilled transmission gears to lower their overall weight. An optimized caster angle for the front A-arms provides both light and responsive steering and excellent ground-following abilities. The 650 4x4i shock absorber spring rates and initial preload settings for both front and rear are set to deliver excellent ride comfort. Further ride enhancement comes from the plush urethane seat foam. Like its Independent Rear Suspension-equipped Kawasaki brethren, the rugged, take-on-anything styling of the Brute Force 650 4x4i will both attract onlookers and satisfy owners. It shares front/rear racks, skid plate and head light cover with its larger sibling. Designed to allow easily manhandling of the Brute Force when the need arises, the 650 4x4i sports a steel front bumper. Stopping the 650 4x4i is a combination of dual 200mm front discs and Kawasaki s sealed, oil-bathed, multi-disc rear brake system. As an integrated part of the shaft drive, the enclosed rear braking system is sealed in the aluminum swingarm where it operates in an oil bath. This protects the brake pads from mud, dust and debris, and is virtually maintenance-free. Enhancing the high-performance brakes is the Kawasaki Engine Brake Control system, which electronically monitors ground speed and uses the engine s compression to help slow the Brute Force 650 4x4i under certain conditions.

2007 Kawasaki Brute Force 650 4x4i, One owner, extremely clean, low miles, spent its entire life in northern Michigan. Dealer maintained. The Brute Force 650 4x4 is powered by Kawasaki s highly acclaimed liquid-cooled 633cc, 90-degree V-twin engine featuring single overhead cams and four valves per cylinder. It is fed by dual 32mm Keihin carburetors drawing fresh air from a snorkel intake located high in the frame near the steering head. Together, these powerplant features provide the rider with industry-leading torque and smooth-running operation unmatched by the competition. Power is then transferred to Kawasaki s much-acclaimed fully automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT). With high or low forward gears, plus neutral and reverse, this proven transmission functions seamlessly, providing excellent control for both low- and high-speed work or recreational riding. Plus, the Brute Force 650 4x4 can also be started in any gear, provided the brakes are applied. Complementing the CVT is a switch on the right handle bar that gives the rider a choice of either two-wheel or four-wheel drive operation, and power is delivered to the wheels by dependable, low-maintenance shaft drive. In normal four-wheel drive mode, the front wheels provide extra traction for adverse terrain, while the limited-slip differential allows the rider to make tight turns and reduces steering effort. As expected, the Brute Force 650 4x4 includes Kawasaki s Variable Front Differential Control, a favorite feature often praised by editors of the leading ATV magazines. By pulling a small lever on the left handlebar, the rider can deliver equal amounts of power to both front wheels, a definite advantage for riders encountering deep mud and slippery uphill trails or when traversing over large objects such as logs or rocks.
