Up for sale is an incredible 1946 Indian Chief, a stunning piece of motorcycle history! This motorcycle has a clean California title and is in immaculate condition. As stated this bike is mostly original parts with matching numbers and original clutch and accelerator. It features saddle bags from the era and everything is like new. This is a 48 Indian Chief bobber that I built for a friend about 4 yrs ago. He recently sold it back to me as he is doing other things. He only rode this bike 233 miles in those four years so it really not broken in yet. When I built it I rebuilt it from the crank pin out. Everything is new in it. It starts and runs very good. It needs nothing. Bike does have an air cleaner, I just had it off to adj. the carb. It is all 12 volt using a cycle electric generator.
