1982 Honda GL500 Interstate Silverwing in great shape. Fall riding weather is here, and I cannot think of a nicer way to cruise the back-roads than with this sweet bike. I brought this bike unsure if I would keep it or make some repairs and flip it. Under other circumstances, I would not part with it, as I like it that much. It's light enough to be nimble around town, yet has the stones for the open road with hard bags full of gear. It needs nothing and is ready to ride as-is. The left fork seal is just starting to seep (fairly normal given the age). I have a set of seals and may put them in if time permits (price will adjust accordingly). Here are some specifics: -2 cylinder -500cc -5 speed -shaft drive (smooth and reliable) -liquid cooled -full hard bags and trunk (hard bags detach very easily) -new rear tire, front is 50% -fresh oil and filter change -nearly new front brakes -new windshield -comes with Clymer manual and cover -Clear title in hand Price is $1800 cash, negotiable.
