This is my Vintage 1989 Honda CB-1, also known as the NC27 and CB400F. These collectable bikes were only sold in the US for two years, 1989-1990. They were powered by the Japanese market CBR400RR engine- a liquid cooled, DOHC, 4-cylinder that revs to 13,500 rpm. It's also a 6 speed! This naked-sport rips putting down about 45 rear-wheel horsepower and is much faster than a Ninja 300, CBR300RR, and a YZF-R3. Take on 600cc super sports at stoplights- you'll love it! The ergos are similar to a cafe racer right out of the box as well. Just recently changed the oil with Mobil 1 Racing 4T 10w-40 and OEM Honda oil filter. I also flushed the brake fluid (front and rear) and clutch fluid and replaced it with fresh DOT 4 Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid. The coolant was also properly flushed and replaced with fresh Prestone 50/50 antifreeze. Both tires are also new.It was always garage kept and stays under a cover when not in use. It was washed and waxed after every ride. I've always put 100% gasoline (no ethanol) on it.
