Seat has some rips but he gave me a new black cover for it. Looking at it I see one of the motor mounts is cracked so you will want to weld it ( see picture ). I did push on the kick start with my left / good leg & compression feels strong. If the item is listed as used or vintage please don't expect a new or like new item.
