Selling a 1995 Goldwing GL1500 SE 20th Anniversary Edition. Bike is loaded with all SE options include CB_Air Suspension_Radio_Two Tone paint___Has added trailer hitch, Markland removable backrest. Has newer tires Dunlop Elite 3 with lots of life. Has a few scratches and bump which is photographed. Note these are parts can be easily replaced in mins and purchased off ebay. This is a very good running bike. I have tested all function and rode it thru this past summer with no issue. Its bargain winter priced currently. Wikipedia___95 Anniversary Edition____1995 was the 20th Anniversary of the Gold Wing.[16] American Honda published a special hard-cover book Gold Wing: The First 20 Years (Twentieth Anniversary Edition). All 1995 models got commemorative emblems, cosmetic changes, a thinner and narrower seat and suspension improvements which reduced ground clearance, contributing to an even lower seat height...Finally, the 1995 model year saw some real change. On the surface, new 20th. Anniversary badges, a new chrome screen garnish, slimmer side panels to make it easier for the short legged to get their feet down and some other styling refinements looked like not a lot had changed. But under the surface Honda had managed to make the suspension both lower and stiffer and this improved the handling no end. Also, with some foam shaved from the saddle, the SE and Aspencade were now 40mm lower than before, which made them the same height as the Interstate. These changes gave the Goldwing a new lease of life This bike is used and sold as-is. I have a clear title in my name to sell this. Payment is expected by cashiers check or wire transfer. Quote from 1500 buyers guide "Gearboxes are quite reliable although the gearchange can be clunky, especially the 3rd-4th change, almost unforgivable on a machine that costs as much as a nice sized car. If the 1500 you are testing hops out of 4th gear, don't automatically assume the problem is only a dodgy selector. There were improvements in 1994. The early 88-89 models as well have way more issues then the later models namely carbs_They are trouble prone and most who have these end up junking them to move to later models which can be hard to retrofit. As well all the 88-89 carbs parts are obsolete...BUYERS GUIDE INFO_The twin carbs on early models can need balancing at as low as every 5,000 miles or you will experience a huge flat spot, later models can go 20,000 between balancing. It is worth looking down into the carburetor bodies when changing the air filter, the sliders are plastic and some corrosion from the body scratches the plastic, causing the sliders to stick. A finger of grease spread as best as you can fixes the problem for a while. The early (88-89) models had to have the carbs overhauled by Honda dealers because of flat spot & sudden surging problems.

This bike runs great and garage kept. It has cruise control, cb radio, am fm cassette. Timing belt was replaced last year, new alternator, new battery, good tires, tow package, air ride in good condition, has reverse, does have normal wear, everything performs great. Top of the line SE mode equipped with: cruise control, reverse, cassette player/radio, CB radio which I'm not sure if it is working condition. For it's age bike looks and runs very good. Lots of extra lights, looks great at night. Tires on the bike 40-50% to use. Pull behind the bike trailer is in very good condition, with new tires on it. If anybody is interested with bike only, I will lower the final price by $500.00, if sold separately my price for the trailer is $600.00. Trailer comes with bill of sale, no title. Three years ago there was service done at the dealer's service. I have an invoice for $1200. Me and my uncle got the bike recently to ship it to Europe and use it there during the vacation. Bike is over 20 years old and we just found out that the duty fees and taxes will be very high so we have decided to sell it because of this additional costs it makes no sense anymore for us. Offered for sale is this extra clean 1999 Honda GoldWing Trike, GL1500 SE. This trike has approximately 57,000 miles. This summer I have installed a new tinted Long Ride Shields tinted windshield, (approx $220), a new Metzler front tire (approx $220), new front and brake pads and a new rear brake hose ( approx $486 parts and labor), and a new color-matched inside fairing piece ($435) Estimated total of $1361.00. The bike has an extremely bright set of Cree 6 LED driving lights. The fog lights do not currently work, but I have the bulbs for those, just haven't had time to replace them. The trike has electronic reverse and cruise, and cruising foot boards. Some other extras include a tire repair kit, mini air compressor, first aid kit. Also comes with rear mounted, illuminated cargo platform. In addition, at least two helmets, and a new J and M hook up for the front for a shorty helmet, but could be used with a 3/4 helmet. Stereo and cassette player, CB Radio and all controls work. No issues. Rear tires in good condition, at least 50 percent tread left. The bike has been garage kept and adult driven. No wrecks, but I did scrape the left rear fender while trying to load it on my trailer. Does not show in photos, but will gladly provide any additional photos requested. No cracks in the seat leather.It also has a rear view camera and monitor permanently mounted so the rider can see what is directly behind them or in blind spots at all times. A new RAM cup holder and iPhone 6 phone holder included. I have also mounted two additional rear brake lights that "dance" when the brakes are applied ( for safety sake ). Located in Central Alabama. This is top of the line model equipped with the reverse, CB radio, cassette player, cruise control, air compressor. Very nice looking bike paired with two person California sidecar 1999. It looks good for its age. Lately bike was not used much so I recommend the tune up. Front tire looks ok, rear tire need to be replaced soon. Sidecar tire is good. Sidecar has the brake connected with the front motorcycle brake and the electric lift. I can also sell the sidecar separately for $3800.00 obo. 1998 Honda GL1500 Goldwing SE. 99,813 miles which for those of you that know about this 1500cc 6 cylinder motor know that this mileage is not to be a concern. These will run well into the 200k mile range and more. Bike needs nothing. Ready to head to the west coast if wanted. Bike can be seen at Ephrata Cycle and Sports. Stop by and check it out. A lot of bang for your buck on this one. Bike has reverse, cruise control, radio, CB and much more. Bike has some small blemishes but nothing out of the ordinary for a 17 year old bike.
