I'm selling my '95 Honda Elite Scooter. It's a 80cc Runs awesome. Just put a lot of work into it: Brand new battery Brand new ignition switch Brand new spark plug Brand new fuse Added an in-line fuel filter The carburetor and fuel line were cleaned this July The transmission was completely cleaned and rebuilt with brand new parts last summer (2015) The seat is aftermarket with memory foam cushions It has a rack on the back to attach a basket or crate There is only one rear-view mirror. I've never had two and have never had problems. They are easily found on sites like ebay It is originally white but has a dark grey coating of plasti-dip on it. If you want it to be white again or to repaint it, just peel the plasti-dip off It's early life was spent in storage not being used. It has always been stored indoors during winter Has a 1.3 gallon tank and gets 80 mpg The only thing that does not work is the odometer. It stopped turning last summer at 940 miles. I would guess it easily has less than 1500 miles today Will deliver for free within 20 miles; will deliver longer distances for a fee This is scooter is light and relatively fast. The underseat compartment stores helmets and more. It also has some glovebox storage, a rear rack, and a bag hook. Motor Scooter Guide says the "Elite 110 had all the characteristics that make for a good scooter (small size, lots of storage, well designed, peppy) so it would have been nice to see it get more of a chance. Sales have carried on overseas, so one day we may see its return, which would be quite welcome since this model epitomizes what a well designed little Honda is all about. This scooter has treated me well, always starting, and never causing any problems. My first bike, i have caught the bug and decided to find a larger, touring bike for trips into the mountains. This is an excellent commuter, and I wish I had the funds to keep it for that purpose. For errands, it has been great too--I have had the underseat storage full, and carried a box between my feet on the flat floor. Performance is excellent for one person and fair for 2 people on colorado hills. The brakes on wonderful, especially the combined braking system on the left level for full rear brake and half front brake. I have changed the oil once myself with full synthetic mobil 1. It is only a 10 minute job requiring a socket wrench. I can include a gray scooter cover as well. Thanks for reading--give me a ring or text and let's talk.
