Known as a hornet in Europe but as a 599 in the states, these bikes are very rare here. Manufactured at the Honda company in Italy this is a naked street bike. Looking under the seat you will find parts that say Ducati engineering. It's motor is the same as the cbr 600 but just tuned down a bit. Still fast however with a nice throaty growl especially going past ten k rpm. Brand new Michelin front tire and bar end mirrors are only thing different from stock. The bike has always been garaged with a blanket and has never been laid down. Bought with 7 k miles on it currently has 17,000. All oil changes done by me with Mobil one full synthetic.
