A gently ridden excellent condition 2006 Honda CB599 hornet for sale. A rare, classy, 400lb naked minimalist bike from the best of both worlds, with elegant italian design combined with Honda engineering. Based on the CBR600F3 engine. As far as I know I am the third owner, with just under 12,000 miles. Has some usual minor cosmetic damage from use and age seen under close inspection. Mechanically she is in tip-top shape. Engine oil (honda oil), NGK spark plugs, brake fluids, coolant (honda oem) all have been replaced and ready for the riding season. New yuasa battery installed as well. Coolest bike you'll find. It's a custom cafe racer who bought directly from the builder and owner. The shop the bike came from is Seaweed and Gravel out San Diego, Ca. I originally bought the bike for 10k and had it shipped out here. I've had a lot of work done to it to get the bike purring, including new ignition cool, cleaned carbs, recompression of cylinders and made the bike street legal. It is a 40 year old bike and needs TLC but runs great. This bike was my first one and I just haven't enjoyed as much as I thought and have other life ambitions I could use the money for at this time. Has ~700 miles since enjoined was completely rebuilt by Seaweed and Gravel.
This bike is a CL350, not the CB350. Didn't see that option in the listing...The CL350 is very similar to the more common CB350. The CL350 was the Scrambler model that has a slightly longer wheelbase, larger tires, different handlebars, and side pipes. As you can see, the side pipes were replaced on this bike with more of an aftermarket CB style pipe. This is a good upgrade because the CL pipes got very hot and usually rusted out. Super fun to ride. Lightweight and responsive. Never dropped. Cranks right up and runs great. Doesn't need a thing. 9,528 original miles. Not bad for a 45yr old gem. It has Mikuni VM series carbs. Overall it's in excellent condition with very little rust. The paint is in good condition but has worn through in a few places (see tank photo). This bike is great for commuting to work or tearing up old fire trails. It's a great starting point for a café project, or you could restore it to all it's original glory with just a little elbow grease. The iconic Hondas will run forever with just a little maintenance here and there. I have the original luggage rack, original side covers, and a whole box of other CB stuff. 1974 Honda CB450-K7 This is a one owner survivor in beautiful all original condition. It is a classic DOHC Twin. The paint, chrome, seat and engine are all excellent. It runs great. Immaculate and well taken care of motorcycle with only ~1550 miles on it. LSL Frame sliders. New Battery. Clear Title. Super unique and rare, as this was the first year they were available in the US. Extremely comfortable and fun to ride. The upright position is perfect for everyday riding with sportbike like power and handling. I hate to sell it, but I am making room for a different hobby.

It’s time to sell my 919 project. I’ve moved on to something European now. This is a South Carolina salvage titled bike. I’ve replaced and/or fixed parts that needed it. I was not the one that wrecked it. So I do not know the full extent of what happened. Paint is fresh Plasti-dip. Tank has been coated with sealer inside. The engine runs like a top, but the previous owner threw a chain and it did cause damage to the around that area…I think that led to the accident. The bike is my daily ride to and from work every day, since I got her back on the road. ALL fluids have recently been changed.
