1972 Hodaka Wombat 125 $13500 O.B.O. https://youtu.be/-xdw6oqeHdY Nice bike. Looks good and is Running great. Lots of fun. In primo shape these things go $3000-$4000. This one needs a few things to get there, but isn't too far away. Doesn't have a Key and the Main switch has been bypassed to allow it to start without one. One of the petcocks leaks a little when in 'On' position. The lights don't work. Tires need replacing. *** SEE PHOTOS FOR CONDITION *** I do not have a Title for it just Bill of sale, but I have a Tag on it as Georgia doesn't require a title. A title is not needed to get a tag in GA. NO TITLE - BILL OF SALE ONLY. I have recently replaced the Grips, the Air filter and recovered the seat . It's a nice and very collectible bike that you will be able to enjoy the day you buy it.

Up for sale is a running 1976 Hodaka Wombat 125. This bike would make a great restoration candidate, and would also be a great bike to ride as is. The Good: This bike runs great! Comes with a working speedometer, odometer, headlight, the neutral indicator light is working, and the brake light also functions. The wheels are straight, and the speedometer is showing just 2540 miles. There are many original parts, including the original Nitto tires, although it will need a new rear tire if you plan on riding it. The bars are straight, and we just installed a brand new Preston Petty fender from Strictly Hodaka. We are pretty sure the injection works, but we have it pre-mixed at 40:1. It also comes with the original shocks, tool box, and air cleaner. The serial numbers are as follows: Frame: M31710 Engine: Q15897. What you see is what you get with this Hodaka Wombat, and it will need some work if you want to restore it. The tank is virtually dent free, but there is one very small ding that is hard to see on the front left side of the tank. You really have to look to find it. Otherwise the tank looks pretty good, and could look as good as new with a fresh coat of paint. The bolt boss behind the countershaft is broken, and please see the pics for the pipe springs - they will need to be attached correctly. This bike will also need a set of fork seals. Bill of sale only, and does not come with a title. Please take a look at the pictures closely and message with any questions before bidding. We are located in Missoula, Montana right off Interstate 90, making it convenient for your shipper. Many of the larger freight companies have hubs here. I would also be willing to haul this bike as far west as Spokane, WA. We can hold the bike for up to 3 weeks in a secure garage while you make arrangements with your shipper. $100 deposit due at auction's close via PayPal, and the balance can be paid via cashier's check, money order, or a certified check from your bank.

1973 Hodaka Wombat, road legal version. Has turn signals, rear brake light etc. Starts always on the first or second kick and runs good. Has a top speed of 55 MPH due to the low gearing, back in the day these were much more dirt oriented than street riding hence the low gearing. Its in great condition considering its age. You will definitely turns some heads with this bike thats for sure, its nostalgic just to hear it running. My first bike ever was a Hodaka, I bought this one a while back for sentimental value, taught my boy how to ride on it just around our property. Its a small, light bike but it is tall for its size and can be ridden by a full size adult. Im 6' 1" and I can ride it easily. It has now about 325 miles on it, I believe that to be correct, it has the original Nitto tires on it with lots of tread remaining, and they are not dryrotted at all. The mileage may increase slightly as I really just started riding it and decided to register it for the street recently, previously since owning it I just used the bike as a conversation piece or to ride it around my small property (hence the low mileage, previous owner never registered it at all), as I stated above a Hodaka was my first bike ever back in the 80's and they are kinda rare anymore. I put some new parts on it recently to make it reliable since alot of the consumeable ignition and fuel components were 40+ years old. Only problem with the bike is now and then the turn signals and taillight are dim, its probably a ground issue or it is a 6v electrical system though, I guess thats to be expected. Anyone interested is welcome to come see the bike in person in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, and I encourage that so you know what you are buying. I am selling the bike AS IS of course. Any questions, just ask.
