1999 HD Sportster fresh paint, newer tires, just finished tune-up & runs great ready for a new home. I have another I'm building and need money for parts. 1999 Harley Davidson Sportster, on paper it's 883. The motor is a 1200 bored 30 over. I had all work on it professionally done by the Hawg Doctor in Marshall, TX. It has new Buell Thunder Storm heads, Thunder Storm cams, 42mm Mikhunni carb, Crane Cams single fire ignition, Screaming Eagle intake and Thunder Header exhaust. Custom seat with memory foam and gel. Exhaust was ceramic coated black. Motor parts are powdered coated copper. It dynoed at 85 HP with stock intake, never dynoed it with the new intake. It is strong and fast. The tires are new last fall. The great thing about it being an 883 on paper is that the insurance is rated at that size, so it's cheaper. I have a set of air shocks that I have not installed too. For sale is a custom built hard tail Sportster on a Jammer frame. The engine has been fully rebuilt to stock with a 5 speed transmission. It has a Mukuni carburetor and has been converted to chain drive. The Paint is new and is a real eye catcher. This bike was built by Danny at Brotherhood MC motorcycle shop in El Paso, TX. Traded for this bike about a year ago and began restoring it back to roadworthy condition. Replaced the following with NEW: tires, tubes, nickel chain, electronic ignition (no points), battery, black gloss paint (5 coats of clear), HD seat, oil tank, gas tank, horn, clutch cable, speedometer cable, coil, plugs, plug wires, horn, chrome cover on generator, chrome voltage regulator, HD windshield (quick release), carb has been rebuilt, old style air cleaner, Live to Ride chrome ignition cover, blue dot tail light lens, front chrome rim and chrome spokes (balanced and trued). So most of this Old Harley is in fact NEW. Compression has been checked and has 95 - 100 lbs of compression on both cylinders. I also have a new rear chrome rim ready to install. See NADA for real value and I would conservatively rate this bike between GOOD and VERY GOOD. LOOK at the photos and see if you agree. Clear Title I live just North of the Dallas Metroplex and can assist in delivery to a Local shipping company but the buyer has to pay for any set up for any crate or other type of transportation needs. On May-12-15 at 04:27:30 PDT, seller added the following information: Front wheel also has NEW bearings and New Seals. It was also balanced with the tire and tube on the rim. Also NEW front brake lines for both calipers.
