Here is a very nice and stock 1975 Sportster 1000cc it runs great and rides great, the bike was repainted many years ago and still looks great, there is a small chip on front of fender.I am the 3rd owner and the guy I bought it from had it in has collection for over 25 years and kept the bike in top shape but only put 2k on it the whole time he had it.The only non stock items are it has a 2in over front end and a 72 style taillight.the bike is ready to ride or show, I have gone on a couple 200 mile rides with no issues at all, but keep in mind it is a old school sporty and does leak a little oil LOL, but is a very solid motorcycle and so hard to find a stock sportster at ALL anymore!!!!!This is really a sweet old sporty and a total blast to ride the motor sounds amazing and handles great with the factory stock rims 19in front 18in rear.please let me know if you have any questions or would like more detail prefer phone calls. For sale is my 1987 HD Sportster 1100 custom bobber. Not much stock other than frame, forks, and drivetrain. Progressive rear suspension, Biltwell Frisco bars, late model white rims (painted white with DuPont wheel paint - runable condition with some chips and flaking), custom painted narrow peanut tank, actual HD rear fender factory painted black that has been chopped, 2-1 exhaust, good tires, and good battery. Seat is a t shirt and beer case to keep a low profile look. The bike starts and runs awesome and has low original miles (~12,000, but I cannot verify as the speedometer has been removed). Fun as hell to rip around on. The bike is in very good shape for the year, but is not a show bike and has signs of actual use (misc scratches, chips, flaking, etc - the type of stuff you get from a life on the road not in the back of a trailer). Only 'issue' I have ever encountered is that fuel drips out of the carb overflow tube if the petcock is fully open... I just don't put it on full open and have had no problems. Please feel free to ask any questions or for any more detailed pictures. I want to make sure any and all questions are answered as the bike is being sold as-is with all sales being final. A $250 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close with the remained due within 7 days. Local pickup is preferred, but I have no problem in assisting with shipping (buyer responsible for setting it up and paying for it).
